1/ As we close out National Small Business Week, I’m reminded of the strength and resilience of Delaware’s small businesses. We’re not just a state of neighbors—we’re a state of small businesses.

1/ Earlier this week, Trump admitted stroller prices are up—even if he couldn’t remember the word “stroller.” That’s what his trade war is doing: driving up costs for working families while billionaires get tax breaks.
I’m on my way to the House floor to vote against what is possibly the dumbest bill we could be voting on right now: renaming the Gulf of Mexico to Gulf of America. This is what House Republicans choose to focus on? In this economy?!
1/ The last 100 days have been a hell of a decade. But I won't stop defending Delaware from this administration's egregious attacks on working families, government programs like Medicaid, and our democracy.

1/ The United States Postal Service isn't just a convenience—it's a constitutional promise. But now, that promise is under threat thanks to the Trump administration’s effort to privatize USPS, which would lead to higher costs, slower service, and the elimination of rural delivery.
We’re living through the most destructive & incompetent sprint of any presidency in modern American history. But this moment is about more than two political parties—it’s about two fundamentally different visions for America: One of fear & power. Or one of service & hope. I choose the second.
1/ I recently toured the Philadelphia International Airport where I got an in-depth understanding of Delaware’s air traffic control operations and met with the air traffic controllers who are helping to keep our skies safe.

I was proud to be in Wilmington yesterday to celebrate 75 years of service for the Wilmington VA. Alongside @coons.senate.gov and @bluntrochester.senate.gov, I’ll continue to support veterans in Delaware and across the country so they can get the care and resources they need.

1/ Congratulations to the team from the Charter School of Wilmington for being named a national winner in Samsung’s Solve for Tomorrow STEM Competition! I was proud to see their project—AKQUA-Gel, a smart bandage that tracks healing through a photo—on display at the Capitol this week.
