#IL16 is a majority-making seat so every vote will matter to change the balance of power in the House. Please register to vote today so Paul and I can do what’s best for Illinois in the 120th Congress.
I am so proud to endorse Paul Nolley to become the next Congressman in #IL16. He shares my vision to do everything to keep money in your pocket. And through his countless in-person town halls, he’s already proven that he will listen to the needs of his constituents.
Rough weather in #IL17 today. Highest risk is flash flooding. Later today, severe storms with a tornadoes are poss. Central Illinois mainly after 3-6pm. 🟨Rockford 🟨Freeport 🟨Mt. Carroll 🟨Sterling 🟨Quad Cities 🟧Kewanee 🟧Monmouth 🟧Galesburg 🟥Canton 🟥Peoria 🟥Normal 🟥Bloomington 🟩🟨🟧🟥🟪 1️⃣2️⃣3️⃣4️⃣5️⃣
Destined for the Agriculture Committee! 🌽 “Emerging beans” was always an inside joke, but “volunteer corn” is a serious thing. Explaining complex things in an understandable way was as essential back in the day as it is for me today! Video from WQAD’s GMQC 2021.
What an incredible turnout at this year’s JFK Brunch in Whiteside County. This is where I gave my first speech as a candidate! Now, it’s about fighting for the future of our country. (1/2)
Rockford knows how to celebrate Pride! Nothing better than being back in my hometown to celebrate with a few thousand of our closest friends and neighbors. Happy Pride! 🏳️‍🌈
Great planning meeting with Winnebago County Dems on how we will organize before November’s elections. Saving our country will take every ounce of strength and determination. 🇺🇸
Incredible to hear of a record number of Quad Citizens attending this year’s Pride! Loved seeing so many small businesses showing support. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🇺🇸
My heart is with Harlem-Roscoe Fire as they mourn the loss of one of their own. We ask so much of every first responder and it’s my hope they feel the support and love of everyone in Illinois.
I spent twenty years looking out for my neighbors and earning their trust as their meteorologist. My job was never about politics, it was about showing up during a crisis. I’m hopeful we’ll see more trusted local broadcasters choosing to serve in a different way.
Anybody who knows anything about albedo knows that this reflecting pool water will now be about 15-20° hotter than it used to be…becoming an algae cesspool. Fitting for the times we’re in.
Trump ran on a promise to lower your costs. Now, we’ve got the highest inflation we’ve seen in years because of his war in Iran. We’re paying more for gas and groceries while Trump spends our tax dollars on foreign wars.
