This is a shameful decision. By ruling on nationwide injunctions while punting on an obviously unconstitutional Birthright Citizenship order, the Supreme Court has abandoned any responsibility to rein in this Administration and plunged millions of Americans into chaos. Absolutely shameful.

You know things are bad when House Republicans — who voted to cut Medicaid by $800B — are worried about Medicaid cuts in the Senate GOP's bill.
But make no mistake: both the House and Senate bills kick millions off their health care. We're fighting them with everything we've got.
Three years ago, SCOTUS overturned Roe v Wade.
The consequences of this decision have been deadly. We should NEVER accept a reality where women are denied care, criminalized, and unable to make their own health care decisions.
We can’t stop fighting for a future with reproductive freedom for all.
SCOTUS is removing critical guardrails as Trump's violent and cruel mass deportation agenda continues to ramp up. Hard to overstate just how wrong this decision is.
The Supreme Court has cleared the way for immigrants to be sent to countries they've never been to, where they could face torture or death, without meaningful notice and due process protections. Like Justice Sotomayor said, the conservative majority is "rewarding lawlessness."
"Low-income children and families would be among the groups hit hardest by Republicans' One Big Beautiful Bill Act. While the bill would be a boon to wealthy Americans, it would scale back resources for the nation's poorest households."
