I had a great time greeting Virginians at my Fredericksburg District Office open house on Tuesday!
Thank you to everyone who joined to cut the ribbon, meet my team, and learn about the work my office can do on behalf of residents of the Seventh District.

This week, I visited Eugene Triplett's fifth-generation family farm in Culpeper.
As the only Virginian on the Ag Committee, I was honored to visit his farm, hear his story, and discuss how I'm working to save programs that help him sell produce to local churches and schools.
I look forward to the next opportunity to connect with so many residents of VA-07.
If you were unable to attend last night's event, you can reach out to my office by calling (202) 225-2815 or visiting vindman.house.gov.
My team will gladly assist you.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to attend my town hall in Culpeper on Wednesday!
I was grateful to discuss the issues that are top of mind for the Virginians I serve — like lowering costs, protecting federal workers, and continuing to stand with our allies in Ukraine.
My team enjoyed taking part in last week's Tri-County/City Soil and Water Conservation District's Pasture Walk at Earth's Echo Farm.
I appreciate the important work being done to keep the Commonwealth's resources healthy for the next generation of producers.
I met with SimVentions, an employee-owned defense contractor, at their headquarters in Stafford County this week.
We had a great conversation about the importance of finding innovative ways to provide technical support for the U.S. military.
My team joined in on cutting the ribbon for the Madison Solar Project. This solar facility generates clean electricity for thousands of homes and businesses in Virginia.
I thank The AES Corporation and Northrop Grumman for all they have done to advance energy innovation in the District.
NEXT WEDNESDAY: My team will be taking questions and providing assistance at Culpeper County Library from 12:00pm - 3:00pm.
If you're experiencing an issue with a federal agency, program, or benefit, I hope you'll stop by.
This office is a step in delivering on our vision for the Virginians I serve and our hope for the future.
Thank you to the local elected officials, community leaders, and members of the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce who joined me in opening my second District Office yesterday!
It is an honor to work alongside you all on behalf of residents of Virginia’s Seventh District.
Last night, I was delighted to welcome nearly 300 Virginians to the grand opening of my Fredericksburg District Office.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by to meet my dedicated staff and learn more about the services we provide to residents of Virginia's Seventh District.
Before coming to Congress, I worked with the State Department to investigate and prosecute Russian war crimes committed on Ukrainian soil.
Halting these investigations is a dangerous move that sends a signal to allies and adversaries that the U.S. is no longer a global voice for the rule of law.
Our sons and daughters in uniform deserve much more than a show horse as Secretary of Defense. Disgraceful. Resign.
Today is Yom HaShoah, also known as Holocaust Remembrance Day.
As we reflect on the horrors of the Holocaust — and remember the millions of innocents murdered by the Nazis — we must recommit to combating antisemitism, so the atrocities of the past are never repeated.
Last week, my team enjoyed speaking with members of NARFE Chapter 1270 at their monthly meeting in Woodbridge.
My team was proud to reaffirm our commitment to serving the federal employees and federal retirees who call the Seventh District home.
Try explaining to a deployed service member that the guy leaking war plans to his family is still Secretary of Defense.
You can’t.
This isn’t just reckless — it’s an insult to everyone who serves.
Hegseth must go.
The world has lost a compassionate, moral leader. Pope Francis gave hope to millions. His passing is a profound loss. May he rest in peace.
🚜VA-07: Key crop insurance deadlines are coming up, with major sales closing dates on May 1, July 15, and July 31.
Coverage options help you manage risk and protect operations — so don’t wait. Visit rma.usda.gov or contact your crop insurance agent to learn more.
Wishing a very happy Easter to everyone celebrating across the Commonwealth today. I hope you all have a safe and blessed celebration with your loved ones!
