ICE has shot and killed another person — the second death in two weeks.
This is beyond horrific.
ICE is terrorizing our communities, and Republicans in Congress voted to send the rogue agency more blank checks.
Enough. The Senate must stop ICE’s violence.

A Paramount-Warner Bros. megamerger would mean higher costs and fewer choices for Americans.
Good news: the states are stepping up to BLOCK this antitrust nightmare.
This fight isn't over.
What’s on Education Secretary Linda McMahon’s to-do list?
- Gut affordable student loan repayment plans
- Roll back protections for students with disabilities
- Weaken accountability for shady for-profit colleges
I’m fighting back.
(Just) 9 ways Donald Trump has used the presidency to enrich the wealthy and well-connected while you're left with the bill.
I got to know Senator Lindsey Graham traveling with him abroad in Afghanistan and Ukraine. We had just met to renew the fight for our Big Tech bill.
Even though we disagreed on much, he was always willing to negotiate, with humor and wit.
My heart goes out to his loved ones.

🚨 Big news – at midnight, the most significant housing bill to lower housing costs and increase the housing supply in over 30 years became law.

We got it done. And I’ll keep fighting to lower costs for you.

I’m proud to deliver essential housing resources to families in the #MA7 & throughout the country.
This housing package & my four bills within it will bring necessary relief to families struggling to keep up with soaring housing costs.

Today, the most consequential housing legislation in nearly half a century became law, proving that when we work together, we can deliver for the American people.

It's official.
My provision banning private equity from mass purchasing homes is now law.
This is an INCREDIBLE victory for Georgia and the country.

Despite President Trump’s efforts, our bipartisan ROAD to Housing Act just became law!
Our bill will help housing be more affordable for Americans AND:
→ Stop Wall Street from buying up homes
→ Expand housing services for veterans
→ BUILD MORE HOMES!
Our bipartisan housing bill is now the law.
For every family where the American Dream of owning your own home feels like it's slipping out of reach, this is for you.

The 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act is the BIGGEST housing bill in 30 years. And now, it's law!
Despite Trump refusing to sign it, we got it done. More housing, lower costs, and disaster relief funding to help NJ rebuild. We're tackling the housing crisis and building an America we all can afford.

Today, despite Trump’s malicious refusal to sign the bill into law, the ROAD to Housing bill became law. This bipartisan law will transform American communities by lowering housing costs and bringing the American dream of homeownership one step closer for all.

Last night, the ROAD to Housing Act became law – even though Trump refused to sign it “in protest.”
While his obstruction is still mystifying, this is a real, tangible bipartisan win for lowering costs. I am proud to have helped write it.

Good news tonight: the ROAD to Housing bill became law at midnight without Trump’s signature!
Turns out even a presidential temper tantrum couldn’t get in the way of real, good, bipartisan housing relief.
BREAKING: the clock struck midnight and our bipartisan housing bill is now law.
Trump refused to sign it, but he couldn't stop it.
This law is GROUNDBREAKING.
It will build more housing, bring down costs, and for the first time, stop private equity from buying up homes.
The people of Syria deserve a fighting chance after Assad’s brutal rule.
@shaheen.senate.gov, Rep. Joe Wilson, and I called on the Trump Administration to remove this barrier to recovery while preserving targeted counterterrorism tools.
This is good step forward.
