Rather than supplying the weapon systems Ukraine needs to win, Trump is back again to calling for Russia to be given the territory it launched the invasion to win, rewarding their aggression.
His wild swings on Ukraine alienate our allies and strengthen our enemies.

Bribery. Fraud. Insider trading. Corruption. Violent crime.
Trump doesn't care.
If you're his pal he'll shut down investigations and give you a get-out-of-jail-free card.
But if you're his enemy, Trump will get you prosecuted on made-up charges.
The definition of corruption.

Beyer: I don’t like to do ad hominem attacks, but I’ve served with four different speakers. This is the fifth one—by far the weakest speaker, I think, in American history.
I’m grateful we have providers like the Arlington Free Clinic to support Northern Virginia’s families, but the devastating health care cuts enacted by Republicans’ Big Ugly Bill will increase demand while reducing their funds. Supporting them is more important than ever!

The truth about Trump’s tariffs: “While administration officials have insisted that exporters will be forced to bear the greater share of the levies… just one-third will be borne by companies, with the rest falling on the shoulders of consumers, under conservative estimates.”
Donald Trump poses a clear threat to our democracy, and today people in our community and across the country came together to stand up to authoritarianism and corruption.
Americans and Alexandrians say No Kings!
It’s beginning to look like President Donald Trump wants to start a war with Venezuela.
Americans don't support a war in pursuit of regime change in Venezuela, and neither do I.

Families across New Jersey are being crushed by rising electricity bills.
That's why my colleagues & I are calling on PJM to take all possible measures to bring new energy online & bring down costs as quickly as possible. No more delays.
RIP Susan Stamberg, a trailblazer and one of the all time greats.
Susan Stamberg opened doors for women in journalism, and helped demonstrate the importance and power of public media. Sending my best to Susan's family and loved ones as we all mourn her loss.
The American people say #NoKings! See you out there tomorrow.
"The seismic change in Churchville is already felt by longtime residents who cannot remember the small community in western Augusta County without a doctor... Churchville is losing part of its identity."
This is what Trump & Republicans' Big Ugly Bill is doing to rural health:

A necessary ruling affirming that transparency and accountability are non-negotiable as the Trump administration’s draconian law enforcement tactics continue to sow fear among law-abiding people.
My bill with @eleanornorton.bsky.social would ensure EVERY federal agent wears a body camera.

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Judge temporarily blocks the Trump administration from firing federal workers during the government shutdown.
Trump has no legal authority, "standing" or otherwise, to order the killing of people in international waters for unsubstantiated accusations of non-capital crimes.
Calling them "narcoterrorists" does not make it right or legal to order their deaths without any due process.
In hollowing out entire agencies, Donald Trump and Russ Vought are attacking the devoted Americans who serve their country.
But I want to say to our public servants: Do not lose hope. What is happening is wrong, and the American people stand with you.
The public servants who have dedicated their careers to serving the American people love our country. And our country loves them back.
We'll keep fighting against the unnecessary pain Trump and Vought are inflicting on families. This is not the end.

Trump and his cronies have been attacking our dedicated public servants from Day 1 — and now they're weaponizing Trump's shutdown to illegally fire more federal workers. We won't stand for it.
Tune in as my colleagues and I discuss how we're fighting back:

U.S. consumers are already shouldering as much as 55% of costs due to Trump’s unprecedented gambit to impose sizable tariffs on imports, according to a new report from Goldman Sachs analysts.
