This is a shameful decision. By ruling on nationwide injunctions while punting on an obviously unconstitutional Birthright Citizenship order, the Supreme Court has abandoned any responsibility to rein in this Administration and plunged millions of Americans into chaos. Absolutely shameful.

Trump’s Big Ugly Bill gives huge tax breaks to billionaires and guts programs like Medicaid that working families count on.
And the more people learn about the bill, the more unpopular it gets.
Keep spreading the word! Everyone needs to know about this bill and what it does.
Today marks 10 years of marriage equality under the law in the United States!
It's a reminder of how far we’ve come in the fight for LGBTQ+ equality and how far we still have to go. We must keep moving forward.
Together, we're standing in solidarity with our immigrant communities against attacks and cruel ICE raids.
We won't let Trump and this Administration take away the humanity, dignity, and respect that every person deserves.
16 million Americans will lose their health care if Republicans pass Trump’s Big Ugly Bill.
No, Senator McConnell, people won't "get over it."

WATCH: Task Force on Monetary Policy Ranking Member @vargas.house.gov's opening remarks:
"[T]he Fed has been tasked by Congress with its dual mandate goals of achieving both maximum employment and stable prices. Unfortunately, this Administration has made accomplishing these goals more difficult."

You know things are bad when House Republicans — who voted to cut Medicaid by $800B — are worried about Medicaid cuts in the Senate GOP's bill.
But make no mistake: both the House and Senate bills kick millions off their health care. We're fighting them with everything we've got.
Three years ago, SCOTUS overturned Roe v Wade.
The consequences of this decision have been deadly. We should NEVER accept a reality where women are denied care, criminalized, and unable to make their own health care decisions.
We can’t stop fighting for a future with reproductive freedom for all.
SCOTUS is removing critical guardrails as Trump's violent and cruel mass deportation agenda continues to ramp up. Hard to overstate just how wrong this decision is.
The Supreme Court has cleared the way for immigrants to be sent to countries they've never been to, where they could face torture or death, without meaningful notice and due process protections. Like Justice Sotomayor said, the conservative majority is "rewarding lawlessness."
"Low-income children and families would be among the groups hit hardest by Republicans' One Big Beautiful Bill Act. While the bill would be a boon to wealthy Americans, it would scale back resources for the nation's poorest households."
Truly shameful stuff.
On June 19, 1865, enslaved people in Galveston, TX learned they were free — over two years after the Emancipation Proclamation.
We celebrate Juneteenth to honor the end of slavery and recommit ourselves to the ongoing fight for equality and justice!
These ICE raids are not about safety or law and order, they’re about furthering a cruel and inhumane agenda. ICE is causing chaos in our communities, separating families, and stoking fear. We will keep speaking out.
Republicans are now planning even larger cuts to health care coverage, all to increase tax cuts for billionaires. It is absolutely unacceptable.
There’s NO room for kings in a democracy.
Thank you to everyone who came out to the No Kings rally yesterday. Let's keep raising our voices and showing up for our communities.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads and father figures in CA-52 and across the country!
Horrified by the shootings of Minnesota state lawmakers and their spouses last night.
Political violence has no place in America.
My prayers are with the Hortman and Hoffman families, Minnesota, and our entire country today.
In Congressional Leadership's office demanding accountability for the assault on Senator Alex Padilla. The Senator was forced to the ground and handcuffed for trying to ask DHS Secretary Kristi Noem a question at a public press event. We need answers and Secretary Noem's resignation NOW.
UNACCEPTABLE. @padilla.senate.gov - a sitting U.S. Senator - was just physically assaulted and handcuffed for asking DHS questions about issues that impact his constituents at a PUBLIC PRESS CONFERENCE. This is the stuff of authoritarian regimes.
