This is wrong. The GOP tax bill robs from our children to pay for more corporate tax breaks. Our children will be burdened with trillions of dollars in debt because politicians in Washington put partisan politics ahead of our children's future.
Health insurance premiums are about to skyrocket because of the GOP tax bill. The good news is there’s still time to stop these cuts to health care. We only need a couple of Republicans to join us in passing the Health Care Affordability Act. Let’s get this done.
We are slow walking towards a crisis. Because of the GOP tax bill, millions will face HUGE health insurance premium hikes next year. I'm fighting to stop this because the last thing folks need right now is for the cost of their health insurance to double overnight.
I just voted NO on President Trump's nominee for Under Secretary of Energy. This administration continues to attack clean energy investments, driving up energy prices and threatening good-paying Georgia jobs. Enough is enough.
I’m deeply saddened by the tragedy in Texas that has taken the lives of so many. I am keeping those who have lost loved ones in my prayers and holding the people of Texas in my heart today. Grateful for the first responders who are working around the clock to rescue survivors.
Happy Independence Day! Today reminds us that freedom, justice, and the pursuit of happiness are the values that bind us together and the values we must resolve to protect. I hope everyone enjoys the holiday and has a safe and fun celebration!
2017. I was arrested protesting cuts to health care long before I came to represent the people of Georgia in the Senate. 8 years later, we are fighting the same fight. I will promise you this: I will never stop fighting to protect and expand health care.
