At the Dilley Detention Facility, I met 5-year-old Gael. He was in pain and his stomach was so bloated because he hadn’t been able to go to the bathroom in over a week. ICE just gave him laxatives and dismissed any concerns. A 5-YEAR-OLD. In pain and suffering.
