There are 400 million guns in this country. More guns than people.
In America, we are ten times more likely to be shot in a school or playground than any other developed nation.
I dare you to go to Annunciation School and tell our grieving community, in effect, guns don’t kill kids, antidepressants do.
Just shut up. Stop peddling bullshit. You should be fired.
It doesn’t have to be this way. Even when it’s hard to find hope, I will keep working on it.
Please send all of your prayers and strength to the doctors, nurses and hospital staff caring for these children and the families in those waiting rooms.

My staff and I are monitoring the situation at Annunciation Catholic School. I’m grateful for the quick response of law enforcement as we continue to gather information.
It’s the first week of school. These kids should not be fearing for their lives.
