Child care costs are crushing Arizonans and keeping parents out of the workforce.
I'm backing the Child Care for Working Families Act to lower costs for parents, expand access to quality care for kids, and pay child educators and care workers a living wage. Let's get it done.
This bill makes sure Congress doesn't take its foot off the gas.
The full House and Senate need to finish the job so Arizona can get back to building safer roads, stronger bridges, and better transit for everyone.
One of my priorities in the bill was making sure our cities & towns can fix the issues they see in their community.
Whether that’s fixing potholes, building bus shelters, or redesigning a dangerous intersection, this bill is designed to give local leaders the flexibility to build what matters most.
Our infrastructure should work for everyone: seniors, cyclists, pedestrians, and people with disabilities.
This bill funds street safety projects and transit station improvements so more people can move through their communities safely and independently.
Our transportation system needs to provide more options & stronger connections — that’s why I fought for rail funding nationwide.
This bill includes $64B for Amtrak & passenger trains, including making progress on connecting Phoenix to Tucson. This will reduce congestion & connect more communities.
Growing up, my dad rode the bus to work every day, & that helped our family make ends meet.
That experience is why I fight hard in Congress for strong transit funding, & the BUILD America 250 Act delivers: we won $87 billion to help communities make buses & trains safer, faster, & more reliable.
Families depend on safe roads & bridges for their daily commute, school drop-off, & trips to the store.
We can't let that infrastructure fall behind. This bill picks up where the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law left off, with more funding for the roadways that keep our communities safe & connected.
Last week, I helped lead the effort to pass the bipartisan BUILD America 250 Act out of the Transportation & Infrastructure Committee.
This five-year, $580 billion plan will repair & improve roads, bridges, & transit across Arizona & the country.
🧵Here's why it's a big deal...
This week, I met with Taiwanese students and families to help welcome them to the community, discuss the close ties between America and Taiwan, and share how cultural exchanges like these through Phoenix Sister Cities make us stronger.
Thanks Wen Chyi Chiu and Lin Ling Lee for bringing us together!
Every second counts in an emergency. This morning I joined Phoenix Fire Chief Duran, @mayorgallego.bsky.social, & Councilman Robinson to open a brand new fire station in Ahwatukee.
Station 74 will help reduce response times and save lives. Proud to have secured $1 million in funding to get it done.
After striking down Trump's illegal tariffs, the Supreme Court ordered him to return the $166 billion he took from American families and businesses.
The courts are right to demand an update — that money belongs to the American people, and I'll keep fighting until they return every last dollar.
I was proud to present Lin Ling Lee and the camp with a Congressional Commendation to recognize this great milestone.
Congratulations to the Taipei Chinese Culture Summer Camp of Arizona for celebrating 30 years!
What started as a way to build cultural bridges between Phoenix and Taiwan has grown into a partnership serving hundreds of kids each year.
I’ll continue supporting this work to ensure Arizona remains at the center of this critical industry.
A great meeting with TSMC Arizona President Rose Castanares.
To win the global competition for AI leadership, we need to lead the world in the research, development and manufacturing of cutting-edge semiconductors.
Small businesses are the heart and soul of Chandler. Congratulations to this year’s honorees for all you do to make this community shine!
Chandler showed up in #DenimAndDiamonds last night to celebrate the local leaders, small businesses, and organizations being recognized at the Chandler Chamber’s #CommunityAwards2026.

Americans have a right to know what happened with their data.
If the Trump administration refuses to provide answers to the government’s watchdog, @housedemocrats.bsky.social will force them to once we retake the majority.
