No American community or city should be used as a “training ground” for our military. Period.
I was honored to join the Islamic Society of Greater Concord for Iftar this Ramadan. Grateful for the chance to break bread together, reflect on faith and service, and celebrate the spirit of generosity, unity, and community that brings neighbors together here in New Hampshire.
Why won’t the most senior people at the Pentagon answer the most basic questions truthfully?
The greatest part of my job is getting to meet YOU — the best boss in the world. My door is always open because I want your ideas. I want your feedback. I want to know how I can work with you and how I can best serve you. Please reach out at Goodlander.House.Gov.
The President started a war, sent thousands of our troops into harm’s way, left thousands of American citizens stranded in the Middle East, jacked up your gas bill, and still has not answered the most basic and urgent questions: what comes next? How does this end?
This should alarm every American.
The Pentagon is reportedly planning to send more than 23,000 troops to all 50 states. But senior Pentagon officials won't answer basic questions about these plans. Outrageous. I will not rest until we get answers and accountability.

Hardworking Americans are struggling to afford food and health care, and now, they're footing the bill for Donald Trump's reckless war in Iran.

BREAKING: Democratic Veterans swore an oath to defend our nation, both when they signed up to serve and when they were sworn into office. Now, they’re delivering on that Oath. The Constitution demands that Congress declares war, and that’s what we’re fighting for today.
Great to be with the NH Association of Broadcasters to talk about how we can work together to protect local news and check the power of Big Tech. Our New Hampshire news stations are a trusted lifeline in emergencies and a cornerstone of local communities across our state.
As my hero John McCain used to say: only a fool or a fraud could sentimentalize the cruel reality of war.
Only a fool or a fraud could forget who pays the price and bears the cost of war.
In America, the President doesn’t get a blank check to wage war. Time for every Member of Congress to do their job and honor the oath we all took to our Constitution.
Happy 111th birthday to the United States Navy Reserve. 🇺🇸
I proudly served as an intelligence officer in the Navy Reserve for over a decade. That service taught me how serious decisions of war and peace truly are. Now more than ever, we owe Navy Reservists the leadership worthy of their sacrifice.
The American people want lower costs — not another forever war.

If you’re abroad, you can also call Consular Affairs 24/7 at +1-202-501-4444. From the US or Canada, call the Emergency Helpline at 888-407-4747.
How does this end? The American people do not want to be dragged into another forever war.
The American people deserve accountability and answers to basic questions — I will not back down until we get both.
My full statement on American military action in Iran⬇️
No public servant should work without a paycheck. They’re facing uncertainty because the Speaker shut the House down and refuses to do his job.
No Member of Congress should get paid during a shutdown. Period. I’m not accepting a paycheck and fighting to get Congress back to work.
The Iranian regime must never obtain a nuclear weapon, and the President must come to Congress before he takes military action in Iran.
The American people do not want or need another forever war.
