I joined 140 of my colleagues in the House calling for the impeachment of Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem. My statement:
Today, we pause to remember the six million Jewish lives, as well as the millions of non-Jewish lives, lost in The Holocaust. May their memories be a blessing and may we learn from the atrocities of the past, never to repeat them.
Today I joined 14 Democratic colleagues – all veterans – in calling for the immediate stand down of ICE, for Secretary Noem's resignation, and for a full and transparent investigation into the deaths and violence happening on her watch.
This is a great opportunity to learn more about STEAM education, potentially inspiring the next generation of engineers and architects.
On display at the Reading Public Museum through May 17, the Towers of Tomorrow exhibit features scaled replicas of 20 iconic skyscrapers across the world: all completely made of LEGO Bricks! Students currently enrolled in the Reading School District – and up to five guests – receive FREE admission!
Sec. Noem must resign. If she doesn’t, President Trump must fire her.

After the tragic killing of Renee Good by an ICE agent in Minnesota, state law enforcement has been effectively barred from investigating. These developments pose serious concerns, not only about ICE overstepping its sole jurisdiction of immigration, but also about the lack of basic transparency and
My constitutional duty is to protect our community and uphold the rule of law. I cannot, and will not, give this Administration a blank check to endanger its own citizens or undermine public safety. As taxpayers, we should not be asked to spend a single dollar on the weaponization of ICE.
Today, I voted against funding DHS until it can ensure that ICE will operate legally, transparently and with accountability.
I urge my colleagues on both sides of the aisle to vote YES on this War Powers Resolution so that the Congress may do our jobs, reaffirm our authority, and reign in reckless action.
This is an outrageous abuse of power and blatantly disregards the U.S. Constitution. Sec. Noem and DHS staff must put an end to this lawlessness immediately.

ICE is operating recklessly, lawlessly, and with impunity. Using ICE as a political weapon against the American people is a gross misuse of federal authority and erodes public trust.
In the last 24 hours:
– ICE has detained a five year old boy returning home from preschool
– A whistleblower within DHS revealed that ICE trainees are being taught to explicitly ignore the 4th Amendment of the Constitution
– The death of an ICE detainee in Texas has been officially ruled a homicide
