The WARRIOR Act prevents any exclusion of women from military jobs or assignments on the basis of gender. Thank you to Sec. Hegseth for proving exactly why we need the WARRIOR Act now.
Breaking news this morning: Secretary Hegseth is singling out two female and two Black Army officers, blocking them from military promotions that 30 of their white male counterparts are receiving.
I just announced a bill that fights back.
Speaker Johnson needs to get this bill to the floor IMMEDIATELY to deliver payment to TSA agents and staff.

Nominating students to our nation's military service academies is one of the greatest joys I have as a Member of Congress. This year, I am proud to have nominated 18 fantastic students from PA-06. Congratulations – and thank you for your service to our nation!
Fair pay shouldn’t be a question. It should be a standard. Women and families deserve better. My @demwomencaucus.bsky.social colleagues and I won’t stop fighting until the gap is closed.
Yesterday, Pennsylvania got one step closer to paid family and medical leave! Now, I'm urging the PA State Senate to pass the Family Care Act and get it to Governor Shapiro's desk.
Congrats to @repomara.com and all Pennsylvanians on this bipartisan win!

Democrats have put forward proposals that would fully fund TSA and FEMA, while carving out funding for ICE and CPB until basic reforms are made. Republicans rejected those proposals and our TSA agents continue to work without pay.
We must ensure that nothing like the Palmer tragedy happens again. That's why I introduced the bipartisan Preventing Future Vintage Plastic Pipeline Tragedies Act with ten of my Pennsylvania colleagues.

Average price for a gallon of gas in the Commonwealth? $3.95 – up $.083 from a month ago. We continue to pay the price for President Trump's war of choice.

Sending our troops to war is literally a life or death decision, and there is nothing entertaining about it.

The Trump administration is paying $1 billion to stop clean energy projects. One billion tax payer dollars. To cancel a clean energy project. I can't make this make any kind of sense.

These wins are valuable reminders that, even as gridlock in Congress keeps us from accomplishing many of our goals, we can still get good work done. Read more about them at the link in my bio!
Looking to read some good news? In my latest newsletter, I share exciting updates on supporting small businesses, bringing down costs, celebrating our servicemembers, and more.
On the third anniversary of the Palmer factory explosion, I am proud to join my Pennsylvania colleagues in introducing the Preventing Future Vintage Plastic Pipeline Tragedies Act.
Join me in Pottstown on Wednesday, April 8th as we discuss rising energy costs and how we can work to combat them at the federal and state level. More details to come!
Today, Americans are still facing both affordability and health insurance crises – Congress must ease the burden by making health insurance accessible once again.
The Affordable Care Act was signed into law 16 years ago today. This legislation cut the number of uninsured Americans by nearly half and has allowed more than 50 million people to receive insurance over the course of its existence.
Just yesterday, Leader Thune brought a bipartisan proposal to President Trump that would have ended the chaos in our airports by funding TSA, FEMA, and other essential parts of DHS. President Trump said no.

I asked Director Patel about this same, extremely troubling thing happening on his watch at the FBI.
His response: no comment.
