Mike Johnson needs to bring House Republicans back to DC, swear in Adelita Grijalva, and work with us to pay our federal workers.
They should NEVER be caught in the middle of partisan political games.

Health care for millions of Americans is worth the fight.
78% of Americans—including most Republicans—want to extend ACA tax credits and keep coverage affordable.
It’s time to end this shutdown and protect the care families depend on.

With all the noise this week, let’s focus on something that actually matters—the cracks inside the Republican Party.

We’re entering another week of Mike Johnson refusing to bring back House Republicans or swear in Adelita Grijalva.
Like this if you agree Republicans need to show up, do the work, or find new work.

I voted twice in Congress to make independent redistricting the law of the land nationwide, but I’m voting YES on Prop 50.
Here’s why:

Just a reminder that Trump accepted a $400M jet from Qatar, now being upgraded for hundreds of millions more by U.S. taxpayers, to eventually be transferred to his presidential library.

Having watched a lot of SpongeBob with my kids, I never expected Republicans to run Congress like the Krusty Krab.
Ten days into their government shutdown, they still refuse to engage in any negotiations to keep health insurance premiums affordable for millions of Americans.

Trump claims wind and solar drives up costs, but the data from his own administration shows otherwise.
States that rely more on renewables actually have lower electricity bills.
Clean energy isn’t the problem—it’s a big part of the solution to cheaper power. www.politico.com/news/2025/10...

Trump just said some federal employees “don’t deserve to be taken care of.” That’s not leadership, it’s cruelty.
Hundreds of thousands of Americans are working or waiting without pay, and the president seems proud of it.
We need a leader who reopens government, not one who weaponizes it.

Imagine opening a letter saying your health insurance costs are about to rise by thousands, even tens of thousands, next year.
That’s the reality for millions of Americans later this month if we don’t extend ACA tax credits.
I won’t stand by while people are priced out of the care they need.

Mike Johnson is delaying Democrat Adelita Grijalva’s swearing in to block a House vote to release the Epstein files.
Republicans swore in their own winners the next day in April.
This is rank hypocrisy and totally shameless.
Listen to this Republican military spouse, who is exactly right: Mike Johnson could call us all back today to DC to make sure at least our military is paid during the shutdown.
We have a bipartisan bill to do exactly that.
Truly a disgrace Johnson won’t do it.
