Survivors of Epstein’s abuse deserve transparency, accountability, & healing. That’s why I signed a discharge petition to force a vote on the House floor to release all the files. And we won’t stop our push for a full, public Congressional hearing to ensure survivors are heard.
The Trump Admin’s silence to the famine crisis in Gaza is unacceptable & deadly. The US has a moral obligation to ensure that drastic surges in aid enter Gaza. Secretary Rubio must heed our call & press the Israeli government to ensure infant formula reaches every baby who needs it.

🚨Hey Boston, today is the last day of early voting in the preliminary municipal election. Polls are open until 5pm — head to City Hall today to make your voice heard. Visit Boston.gov/vote-early for more information.
Boston is a safe, vibrant & welcoming city. We will not be intimidated by this Admin's illegal scare tactics & we will not back down as they continue terrorizing our communities. I'm glad we have a clear & steady Mayor at the helm. My full statement on Trump's baseless lawsuit against Boston:
“Boston is a safe, vibrant, and welcoming city. We will not be intimidated by this administration’s illegal scare tactics, and we will not back down as they continue terrorizing our communities,” said Congresswoman Pressley. “Nothing the Trump Administration has done since taking office has been about public safety. From the militarization of our cities, to abducting our neighbors off the street, to sham, baseless lawsuits like this one—it has always been about sowing fear, punishing dissent, and tearing apart hardworking immigrant families. In Boston, we take care of our neighbors, and we do not back down. I am glad we have a clear and steady Mayor at the helm who is working with community leaders and peace advocates to mitigate trauma and protect everyone who calls Boston home.”
Releasing the Epstein files isn’t just politics. It’s about truth, accountability and justice for survivors of human trafficking and sexual assault. Thank you @pressley.house.gov for making sure the voices of survivors remain at the center of this fight.
Today, we heard harrowing stories from survivors of Epstein's abuse. Epstein is dead, but the hurt & harm he caused is alive and well. We'll keep pushing for accountability, including a public Congressional hearing with survivors and the release of the full Epstein files.
Survivors everywhere deserve accountability — from those who shared their truths of Epstein's abuse, to those who joined in solidarity today. I see you & I'm proud to stand with you. Together, we'll keep pushing for a Congressional hearing & the release of the full Epstein files.

If we are to hold powerful abusers to account, we must center the voices of survivors. Today, I’ll be joining @oversightdemocrats.house.gov meeting with survivors of Epstein’s abuse. And I'll keep pushing for a full Congressional hearing and the healing, accountability & transparency they deserve.
UPDATE: House Oversight is convening a private roundtable with survivors of Epstein’s abuse. This is a testament to our pressure. I look forward to hearing from survivors & won't stop pushing for a full, public hearing so their stories are documented in the Congressional Record.
After Pressure from Pressley, Oversight Committee to Convene Closed-Door Roundtable with Survivors of Epstein’s Abuse (1/2)

“If we are to hold powerful abusers to account, we must center the voices they tried to silence. This upcoming roundtable is a step toward the healing, accountability, and transparency survivors deserve. To the survivors who are stepping forward to share their stories and to those who continue to hold their stories close: thank you for your strength. I see you, your experiences are real, and I am so sorry for what you went through.”
After Pressure from Pressley, Oversight Committee to Convene Closed-Door Roundtable with Survivors of Epstein’s Abuse (2/2)

“I strongly encourage all of my Oversight colleagues to join this roundtable and provide the survivors the space to share their stories and be heard with the respect and dignity they deserve. But justice delayed is justice denied. I continue to demand a full and public Congressional hearing to ensure their testimony is documented in the Congressional Record and shared transparently with the public. And as the Oversight Committee continues its investigation, I continue to demand the release of the full, unredacted Epstein files with the names of survivors protected.”
Workers’ rights are human rights. From fair contracts to safe schools to immigrant justice — nobody is free until everybody is free. With Trump gutting unions & pitting workers against each other, I'm proud to stand in solidarity with our labor siblings in Boston & across the nation.
Happy Labor Day! Unions are the backbone of our Commonwealth and country. That’s why Trump and Republicans are working so hard to bust unions and pit workers against each other. But know this: every right we have, we won. When we fight, we win. And we’re not backing down.
It is unconscionable for baby formula to be sitting at the border of Gaza as newborns & infants die of starvation. Secretary Rubio must heed our calls to pressure Israel to surge humanitarian aid including ready to feed formula to families in Gaza. Lives depend on it.
Trump's Big, Ugly Bill will rob families across the country of essential abortion care. As @reprocaucus.bsky.social Co-Chair, I joined @reppaultonko.bsky.social at the Upper Hudson Planned Parenthood to thank our medical providers & affirm our commitment to fighting for our bodily autonomy.

Our seniors & veterans deserve to age in dignity – folks at Father Bill’s & MainSpring know that firsthand. During my visit, I met Joe, one of 10 formerly homeless Veterans. Stories like Joe’s are why we need to invest in housing, especially for our most vulnerable neighbors.
