There is no mass-deportation campaign going on right now. Deportation is a process.
This is kidnapping and human trafficking.
Disgusting.

Frost: Tonight the people stealing are not folks with tattoos and hoodies but people wearing suits and ties and congressional pins sitting in the capitol now, not in some alley wrapped in darkness but the United States congress wrapped in the flag. It is disgusting and we will never forget this.
They wanted to pass this evil budget to take away healthcare from millions earlier today. It’s still stuck in the rules committee cause House Dems introduced over 500 amendments and we are lined up to debate on them. Delaying is important. Keep up the pressure on these Congressional Republicans.

🚨BREAKING: Republicans are scheming to cut Medicaid for nearly 14 million Americans.
They’re also planning over $500 BILLION in cuts to Medicare.
This is a billionaire tax handout, and America’s working families are footing the bill by sacrificing our health care.
@maxwellfrost.bsky.social
House Republicans are having the final hearing for their Big Ugly Budget at 1 AM! They know that cutting healthcare for MILLIONS to fund billionaire tax cuts is unpopular.
House Democrats are pulling up, even those not on the committee. We don’t care what time it is, the opposition will fight this.
Trump uses rhetoric about “saving taxpayer money” so he can give billionaires a tax cut. Then he turns around and gives $5 million of taxpayer money to the family of a domestic terrorist cause he’s the one who incited the insurrection she took part in.
Ashli Babbitt was a domestic terrorist who attempted to overthrow our government via a violent insurrection at our nation’s Capitol. The administration agreeing to pay her family $5 million of taxpayer money is disgraceful.
I only need 5 minutes to complete my financial disclosures every year cause I own zero stocks. The same should be true for all members of Congress. We must ban Congressional stock trading.
What's even more disrespectful than hosting a townhall in someone else's district? Refusing to face the people that you represent 👍🏾
This is why I believe it’s best to run campaigns based on bold, transformational change. You draw swing voters AND inspire new voters to get involved. It’s both good policy and politics!
Swing voters are often characterized as “moderate,” even though every election shows us more and more that they’re really “change voters.” They’re not loyal to any ideology, they want something different, because the status quo isn’t working.
People from different political ideologies are showing up, all pissed about how working people are being stolen from in order to give corrupt billionaires and mega-corporations a tax cut.
Packed house in Sarasota this morning
— with a full room and overflow — alongside @chrismurphyct.bsky.social to bring the fight directly to the people. While Republican members of Congress hide from their constituents, we're showing up in red districts across the country.
Sarasota! See you soon. It’s first come first serve at the venue. But we also have an overflow space. So come on out and we’ll see you soon.
