Republicans are desperate to skip town before they’re forced to vote on releasing the Epstein files. Smells like a Trump cover-up. The American people deserve answers, not to be gaslit by the Republican party. Bring it to the floor. Release the files.
IRS just confirmed it: Trump’s so-called tax cuts for workers and seniors expire in 2028. The “No Tax on Tips,” “No Tax on Overtime,” and other gimmicks are temporary. Meanwhile, tax cuts for billionaires and corporations are permanent. Once again, the fine print tells the real story.
I don’t believe that Americans want everyone who is here undocumented in the U.S. arrested and deported. Our immigration system is broken and needs to be replaced by one that treats people humanely and includes a pathway to citizenship if you work, pay taxes, and don’t commit a crime.
And now, because of the One Big Ugly Bill Republicans just passed, Trump is getting billions more to turbocharge his deportation machine -- while gutting health care and food assistance for millions of Americans.
This excessive show of force is meant to terrify immigrant communities and undermine due process. Many of those detained have lived here for years, paid taxes, and contribute to our economy.
ICE should not be descending on workplaces just to fulfill a quota system. The next thing we will see them at local schools or hospitals. Their actions are arbitrary in causing disruption of families and communities.
The warehouse workers at Alba Wine and Spirits were not felons or members of a gang. They were just trying to do their jobs when armed agents stormed in rounding up our neighbors without warning, without cause, just to make a political point.
President Trump keeps suggesting that he is only arresting or deporting hardened criminals or gangsters. What we witnessed in Edison last week proves the contrary. 1/

This is just extortion. The Trump admin is saying they’ll flat-out ignore the law and hijack the money Congress already approved if the Legislative branch doesn’t roll over for them.
120 dead. Thousands displaced. And Trump’s FEMA’s chief is MIA for days…no visits, no statements, no social posts. While Texans begged for help, David Richardson sat silent in New Orleans. Disaster response isn’t a desk job. This is abandonment.
BREAKING: Trump’s tariffs are working if your goal was to make groceries, furniture, and appliances even more expensive.
The Trump Admin is withholding nearly $10 Million meant for NJ survivors of violence. This isn’t taxpayer money – it comes from criminal fines. I’m demanding its immediate release to keep shelters, crisis centers & legal aid programs running.
🚨 🚨 🚨 Trump’s reckless tariffs will cost working people an average of $2,400 this year. The highest rate since 1934, when Smoot-Hawley helped tank the global economy. Just more economic pain piled on top of the hardship caused by Republicans’ big, ugly bill.
RFK, Jr.’s attacks on public health continue.
This time he’s undermining the task force of doctors who assess the effectiveness of preventive screenings and treatments.
So much for the promise to “Make America Healthy Again.”
Trump slashing 1,300 diplomats by email weakens our soft power and abandons Americans abroad. His attacks on civil servants and our government undermine America’s leadership around the world.
Your regular reminder of how Trump and Republicans are sabotaging Social Security:
➡️ Slashed SSA’s budget
➡️ Closed field offices
➡️ Gutted staff & phone lines
➡️ Spread false claims about nonexistent “tax cuts”
It's always been their plan to break SSA and privatize it.
Trump is slashing FEMA and NOAA just as hurricane season hits New Jersey. Meanwhile, he’s shutting down hurricane research labs, pushing out forecasters, and forcing FEMA to wait for conspiracy theorist Kristi Noem’s sign-off to save lives.
It’s July 10 and Trump’s budget office still hasn’t released $162 million owed to NJ public schools – money for teacher training, afterschool programs, and STEM classes. That funding was due July 1. I’m demanding answers before students and teachers get stuck with the fallout.
