One of the joys of serving in Congress is the opportunity to give tours of the U.S. Capitol to engaged, curious students visiting from our district — like recently with the bright & energetic students from Campbell Hall School. (1/2)
Fund #TSA. Get #ICE out of airports. End all this NOW.
(3/3)
He’s holding TSA workers’ pay hostage & wreaking havoc at airports to pass the #SAVEAct that would make it harder for millions to vote.
Meanwhile I’ve asked my own pay be withheld until TSA agents are paid because Members of Congress should live by the same rules as the people we represent.
(2/3)
Trump just blew up a bipartisan deal to end the #TSA nightmare because he wants a voter suppression bill — Let that sink in.
Instead of paying TSA workers he’s sending #ICE to airports who aren’t trained for aviation security & are already causing disruption, not solving the problem.

At a time of conflict and uncertainty, many are marking this holiday with concern for loved ones and for the future.
As spring and a new year begin, may Nowruz’s message of renewal and hope carry even greater meaning and offer a renewed spirit of hope, resilience, and new beginnings.
#HappyNowruz
Happy #Nowruz to all those celebrating the Persian New Year in the San Fernando Valley, across Los Angeles, and around the world.

Americans should not be forced to pay more at the pump and at the grocery store simply because of geopolitical turmoil abroad.
That's why I will soon introduce the "Iran War Oil Crisis Windfall Profits Tax" Act to crack down on excessive oil company profits and deliver relief to American families.

I will soon introduce the "No U.S. Oil Exports During Iran War" Act to halt exports of U.S.-produced crude oil during the ongoing war with #Iran, aiming to protect American consumers from rising energy costs and economic instability. (1/2)

Great meeting with Armenian American constituents from ANCA at the U.S. Capitol advocating for the release of Armenian POWs, a free #Artsakh, and a stronger U.S.-Armenia defense relationship.
I will always stand with #Armenia and the Armenian American community.
At the same time, DOGE’s dismantling of "civilian harm mitigation offices" has left the U.S. less prepared to prevent civilian casualties — as seen in the tragic mistargeting of a girls’ school in #Iran. (2/2)
As the war with Iran depletes U.S. munitions stockpiles, I’m deeply concerned the Administration lacks a plan to replenish the weapons critical to deterring a Chinese invasion of #Taiwan. (1/2)

Trump has used Americans’ personal data against them & gutted the regulators meant to protect it.
I condemned the use of IRS taxpayer data for immigration enforcement & stressed for strong financial privacy protections — starting with a fully funded #CFPB

Donald Trump. His allies. Their policies gave #ICE billions.
In Congress, I voted against Trump’s Big Bill, then voted against funding ICE, because immigrants made America.
Great to help kick off Chatsworth Junior Baseball League's 70th year of youth baseball.
For decades, CJBL has brought kids and families together through teamwork, sportsmanship, and the great American pastime.
Here’s to another great season ahead!
U.S. oil should benefit Americans first — not drive profits for large oil companies while families pay higher prices at the pump.
Today I urged President Trump to pause U.S. petroleum exports during the Iran conflict to help stabilize prices and protect Americans. (1/2)
“WE make a lot of money” from rising gas prices?
Who exactly is the “we” that Trump’s talking about?
It’s definitely not Californians — “we” are the ones paying more every time gas prices go up.
