Lowell Women’s Week is always a powerful reminder of the strength, resilience and impact of women lifting each other up. Grateful to celebrate with inspiring friends – old and new – as we continue working to create a better community for every family to call home!
He shouldn’t – but outdated privacy laws are allowing him, DOGE and the Trump Administration access to our Social Security numbers, bank accounts and confidential health records.
I’m working to put a stop to this violation of our privacy.
My office has received thousands of calls and emails from concerned veterans, seniors and families asking how it is possible that Elon Musk has unfettered access to our private, personal data.
But it will be devastating for working class children and students with disabilities who have the same right to a quality education as every other kid in America.
Yesterday, I met with educators from across #MA3 in Fitchburg to discuss Donald Trump’s move to dismantle the Department of Education.
Make no mistake – this won’t hurt kids from wealthy families who have access to tutors and other resources.
Did you know that the law regulating how the federal government collects and uses our personal data is 51 years old?
On today's Digital Download, I talked about how @housedemocrats.bsky.social are fighting back against Elon Musk accessing Americans' most sensitive personal data.
We’re all in for the Trojans and can’t wait to watch the action unfold! #MarchMadness
Women’s college basketball is growing at an incredible pace, inspiring the next generation of athletes to pick up a ball and chase their dreams – just like stars such as JuJu Watkins, Paige Bueckers, and so many others. I see it firsthand with my daughters, who helped me fill out my bracket.

On today’s Democratic Daily Download, I covered Trump’s Executive Order to dismantle the Department of Education—paving the way for Republicans to slash support for students, teachers, and schools.
@housedemocrats.bsky.social will fight this every step of the way.
Our democracy thrives when people show up, speak out and engage in the process — and last night’s town hall was a testament to that. I’m grateful to everyone who took the time to join me yesterday in Methuen to share your questions, concerns and feedback.
Today, I saw that work as I toured their Chelmsford facility and spoke to families that benefit from the programs they provide, which are almost entirely funded by Medicaid. Stripping organizations like Incompass of their primary funding stream would be devastating for the people they care for.
The dedicated and compassionate team at Incompass does an outstanding job delivering care, services and support to individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities, autism, and brain injuries.
I had a fantastic time at the annual Dracut Telethon last night! This beloved tradition highlights the power of community coming together to support and inspire the next generation of leaders.
Tonight’s the night! Excited to see you all at my Methuen Town Hall today at 6:30pm, located at the Tenney Grammar School (75 Pleasant Street)!
1 in 3 children. 1 in 2 adults with disabilities. 1 in 3 postpartum mothers.
Make no mistake, when Republicans in Washington go after Medicaid, these are people in our communities they’re going after.

Today’s Democratic Daily Download recaps our Medicaid Day of Action. House Democrats joined Senators and Governors across the country to stand up against the Trump-endorsed Republican Budget that cuts Medicaid by $880 Billion.

Donald Trump didn’t think twice before betraying the men and women who served our country to pay for a tax cut for his billionaire donors.
Massachusetts veteran Eric Wasileski hit the nail on the head: “It’s not waste, fraud, and abuse when you’re taking care of soldiers, sailors, and airmen who were deployed overseas.”
The damage they’ve left behind runs deep in the Nashoba Valley. Together with community leaders, state officials, and first responders, we’re working to restore access to high-quality health care for families in the region.
It’s despicable that while Steward executives like Ralph de la Torre were throwing lavish parties on their multi-million dollar yachts, they were purposely running the hospitals they abandoned into the ground.
