We’re here in West Palm Beach—here are my thoughts ahead of tomorrow’s field hearing with Epstein Survivors.
Epstein created a system to not only abuse women and girls—but the system itself. And, it was against a backdrop of wealth and power. The same world as the President himself. ⬇️
This week the Secretary of Interior will appear before Congress. And you better believe we’ll be asking hard questions.
There’s a lot of ground to cover. But, the failure to meet the most basic Trust and Treaty responsibilities to Tribes is absolutely at the top of the list. ⬇️
New Mexico’s sacred lands and waters MUST BE PROTECTED! That’s why we are introducing the Caja del Rio Protection Act with the NM Delegation.

Next week we are headed into the belly of the beast—to hear directly from survivors. West Palm Beach, FL, was not only a testing ground for Epstein’s abuse of survivors, but the system itself. He rigged the system to escape justice for decades. A system he replicated in NM and Zorro Ranch.

New Mexico has spoken clearly and lawfully—that we will not be a party to illegal and unconstitutional violations of our communities’ civil liberties and human rights. We stand by our state and local laws and the protection of our communities.
Today, Virginia’s courts directly undermined the will of the people, who voted for the ballot measure to determine their own future. Make no mistake, this is the fight of our generation—but the fight is bigger than one state or one ruling. There are difficult days ahead, but we won’t back down!
Between racial gerrymandering, cutting federal funding, firing military leaders, dismantling civil rights, & trying to rewrite history itself—it’s very clear this Administration has an agenda & a dark one at that. We must push back with everything we’ve got.
Because, we 👏 are 👏 not 👏 going 👏 back!
