As Justice Kagan wrote, this ruling “will set back the foundational right Congress granted of racial equality in electoral opportunity."
This is a shameful rollback of protections that civil rights heroes fought so hard for. We will push back with every tool available.
TPS holders are part of our communities, raising families, and contributing $29 billion each year to our economy.
