Now, I'm dialing up the pressure for the FDA to confirm or refute the findings of my office’s investigation into the lack of transparency and ethics disclosures of the senior officials involved in this program.

For months, I’ve warned that FDA Commissioner Marty Makary's National Priority Voucher (CNPV) program would accelerate drug and biologic approvals not for the most promising scientific discoveries, but for companies with ties to MAGA.
My statement on the funding deal.
Violence & then lies. Lies about the violence, about the victim, about the law.
I have already called for an impeachment inquiry into Noem & am now signing onto the articles of impeachment for her abysmal conduct.
The ICE agents committing violent crimes, including those involved in the deaths of Renee Good and Alex Pretti, must be prosecuted, and their leaders — including Kristi Noem — must be fired.
Republicans in Congress must agree to Democrats' longstanding demands for root-level reform: disband the paramilitary that has ballooned over the last year, end masking & warrantless street-grabs, and train to the standards of due process and professionalism fitting a free people.
Public safety is the first duty of government. ICE is not just failing to protect public safety in Minnesota – it is an active threat to it. The president must end this operation immediately and allow for a thorough investigation by state and local law enforcement.
The appropriations bill adds zero policy riders to reverse and reform these broken tactics, such as masking; warrantless street-grabs; operations in sensitive locations like schools; and derelict standards & training for the use of force.
Under Secretary Kristi Noem's failed leadership, ICE has morphed from an arm of the law into a presidential paramilitary. Rather than targeting criminals and prioritizing border security, ICE is harassing American citizens and immigrant communities.
With more funding than every other federal law enforcement agency combined, ICE does not need more money — it needs strict oversight and accountability.
I will vote No on the measure to fund ICE, because I do not support writing a blank check to a broken agency. ICE's budget was already tripled in last year’s Medicaid cuts bill.
RFK Jr. does not believe that germs cause disease.
Gaslighting is not going to work.
ICE has become an instrument of fear, not an arm of the law. Congress should launch an impeachment inquiry into the DHS Secretary. She must answer for her leadership failure, and learn firsthand what due process looks like.
Shooting unarmed citizens in the head does not make America safe.
America & Ukraine can agree a deal. The question is Russia. Facing strength, Putin might negotiate. But he’s not dealing with strength, he’s dealing with Trump.

Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours.
Respect for the rule of law is foundational to how America became the greatest nation in the history of the world — with a military known everywhere as no greater friend, no worse enemy. They swear an oath to the Constitution, not the president.
No money for illegal war in Venezuela.

Alignment stats consider only votes where a clear yes/no majority existed for the legislator's party. Cross-party marks divergence where the vote matched the opposite party majority. ↔ indicates cross-party divergence.
