Republicans remain silent or are openly ok with this. Today, on the House floor, a Republican Member spoke before me… in support of ICE’s actions in Minnesota. He was ok with them going after people who aren’t criminals, even saying “we should remove other people who came here.”

Geraldo Lunas Campos may have been murdered. So disturbing.
Republicans’ excessive funding of ICE and DHS, along with Trump’s pardons and claims of absolute immunity, are literally killing people.

These cuts mean fewer opportunities for kids to pursue STEM careers and fewer chances for communities like mine to invest in our next generation. Don’t gut programs like SEED. Expand them so our students have a fair chance to thrive and excel.
The Trump admin continues to take away access to STEM education from hundreds of students in my district, through its cuts to the Long Beach Public Library’s Youth SEED program.
Ridiculous. Republicans promised to make life more affordable. Now they’re telling you to eat as little as possible because they actually have no plan to lower costs.
“A piece of chicken, broccoli, a corn tortilla and one other thing”… Is this what USDA Sec. Rollins thinks is enough for a full, healthy meal?
I’m fighting to make sure families aren’t blindsided by hidden costs and locked into contracts they can’t afford. Consumers deserve transparency and straight answers—not surprises on their bills.
Today, I asked FCC Chairman Carr a simple yes-or-no question: Do consumers deserve to know—before they sign up—if they’ll be hit with expensive early cancellation fees, often totaling hundreds of dollars?
It’s a simple question. He refused to say yes or no.
On this day, the first Korean American immigrants arrived to the US in 1903. Since then, they have enriched our country and #CA44 with their unique culture and various contributions and accomplishments.
Today, we celebrate our Korean American communities and wish them a happy Korean American Day!
Senate Republicans: it’s now up to you. Vote with us to lower costs and make health care more affordable for over 20 million people. Americans are counting on you.
17 Republicans just joined @housedemocrats.bsky.social to vote to extend the health care tax credits for 3 more years! Now, it goes over to the Senate.
Today, we remember the lives that were lost that day and stand with Gabby in the fight to save lives.
Political violence has no place in our democracy. @gabbygiffords.bsky.social is a hero who makes our communities safer. Since the Tucson shooting 15 years ago, where six people were killed and Gabby and many others were injured, she has fought hard to make sure gun violence has no place in America.
California submitted a disaster relief request to President Trump last February. But he has not lifted a finger to help.
Our LA communities need to have the resources to rebuild — and Donald Trump needs to support California’s request so our families and businesses can get back on their feet.
It’s been one year since the wildfires that devastated our LA communities. The fires took people’s homes, schools, and tragically, several lives. Today, we remember those we lost and honor the brave first responders who protected our communities.

This is the first step towards ensuring over 20 million Americans can continue to afford health care.
Now, Republicans need to vote with @housedemocrats.bsky.social TOMORROW to extend the tax credits — American lives are at stake.
This is NOT targeted enforcement of serious criminal offenders.
ICE shot and killed a woman in Minneapolis today. My thoughts are with her family and the Minneapolis community.
This agent must be held accountable. The head of ICE must be held accountable. Donald Trump and Stephen Miller must be held accountable and they need to end their terror tactics.
Many officers were injured that day — some even died. While Trump has pardoned the attackers and Republicans turn a blind eye to what happened, we stand with the American people to remember the heroic actions of our law enforcement officers and demand accountability for ALL of those involved.
It’s been 5 years since the January 6th attack on the Capitol. On that day, Donald Trump incited rioters to storm the Capitol to stop the legitimate transfer of power. Today, @housedemocrats.bsky.social and @democrats.senate.gov remember the brave officers who protected our democracy.
