Today, the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center is in the House with the passage of our bill—the Albuquerque Indian School Act—to transfer nearly 10 acres in ABQ into trust for 19 Pueblos.
Proud to stand with IPCC and Pueblo Nations in the fight to return land to Pueblos!

And now…there’s a bed bug infestation at USDA’s Inspection Service responsible for containing and mitigating the spread of invasive pests.
…on the same week Republicans are proposing to slash more of USDA’s budget.🪳 @notus.com
This is the same person who tried to weaponize mortgage information to go after the President’s enemies. This man has no business being anywhere near our national intelligence and security agencies. ⬇️
Happy Tuesday and Election Day! 🇺🇸
We’re back at the Capitol with big news:
- Passing our IPCC bill for NM!
- NM’s Truth Commission issues 14 subpoenas in the Epstein case
- Ag and food funding on the floor
- War Powers again this week
The fight continues! ⬇️
Proud of the work of the Bipartisan New Mexico Truth Commission—which issued its first subpoenas in the Epstein case today. ⬇️
A subpoenaed witness was allowed to appear voluntarily.
No oath. No cameras. “I don’t recall” on repeat.
And when we asked about Donald Trump and his administration, DOJ attorneys stepped in to shut it down.
This wasn’t a hearing. It was structured to shield the truth.
Just putting this here ⬇️
When we fight, we win!
Trump’s $1.8 billion anti-weaponization slush fund for his friends and Jan 6ers is dead…for now.
This didn’t happen on its own. It happened because we the people spoke up and the courts did their job. This is a huge win!
The Epstein case has always been about justice for survivors and changing the systems that allowed abuse to happen in the first place.
Today, the New Mexico Epstein Truth Commission will hold its first public hearing at 2pm MT. You can watch it here: www.nmlegis.gov/Committee/In...
Tomorrow is ELECTION DAY! Time to get out the vote. Polls are open 7am - 7pm in New Mexico. Find your voting information at NMVote.org. 🇺🇸❤️
HAPPY PRIDE EVERYONE!!!
❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 🏳️🌈
The rich and powerful have spent decades counting on silencing the system. Survivors have never stopped speaking. We’re not stopping either.
We know justice will come.
Every week, we are pounding the pavement in DC and driving the back roads in New Mexico to serve our communities back home.
Thanks for coming along with us every step of the way. ❤️
This is AMAZING NEWS! We know so many communities across our state are facing a healthcare crisis—and bringing doctors back to NM is one part of fixing this crisis.
NM is leading the way once again!
Congratulations to Dr. Barbara Rodriguez on being named Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs at UNM!
A proud New Mexican from Española, Dr. Rodriguez has dedicated her career to serving our students and communities. Excited for the next chapter ahead! #GoLobos 🐺❤️
Republicans may control the Committee, but they don’t control the truth.
The Administration is hoping the American people will look away.
We won't. We're going to keep fighting for survivors—starting with New Mexico's Truth Commission and its first public hearing tomorrow. ⬇️
THIS ⬇️ is what’s happening to the White House right now—The People’s House:
Partly demolished, partly thunderdrome, 100% not ok
Americans have a constitutional right to speak out against injustice and the inhumane cruelty we are seeing under this Administration.
That is NOT a crime. This is what abuse of power looks like.
We will not stay silent while this administration tries to silence the voices of the American people.
