Please know that I stand with you and will continue fighting for a woman’s right to choose.
Today marks the third anniversary of the Dobbs Decision which overturned Roe v. Wade and terminated the right to abortion. A major setback for reproductive rights, this decision has cost lives and will continue to jeopardize the health of women if Congress does not act.
Know that Nevadans are watching and that we see right through Senator Lee’s maneuvers. I’ll continue fighting any provision that sells off our public land without our consent and without adequate safeguards for our limited water resources.
The Senate Parliamentarian ruled that Senator Mike Lee’s provision to sell off millions of acres of public lands is out of order in the BS Republican budget. Now he is trying to find other ways to sell off our public lands.
Last night, I spoke at Henderson’s Juneteenth event. I thanked Deborah ‘Dee’ Evans for her important work as President of Juneteenth Nevada amplifying the holiday, supporting the fight for justice, and striving for equity.

Republicans are using Trump’s One Big Ugly Bill to sell off our public lands and defund our National Parks.
@titus.house.gov breaks down this threat in today’s Democratic Daily Download.
Last week, #TeamTitus attended the 25th Anniversary ribbon cutting for Las Vegas Remodel and Construction in Henderson! Congratulations on 25 years!
This weekend, I attended the Equality Center’s Southern Nevada Pride Fest of Henderson. Events like these are special to our LGBTQ+ community and serve as a reminder that equality applies to everyone.
On this 13th anniversary of DACA, let’s stand up for and protect our Dreamers and ensure that they have a pathway to citizenship.
Yesterday, I marched with over 8,000 people in Las Vegas in opposition to POTUS’s policies for No Kings Day.
We made it clear that Trump will be held accountable.
Happy Father’s Day, #OnlyinDistrictOne!

Meanwhile, thousands of people are losing their respected careers because of POTUS's decimation of our museums, libraries, and schools.

Trump’s attack on the National Endowment for the Humanities should be seen for what it is: an attack on our institutions of learning, as he dangerously presses on free speech and open access to knowledge.
This is a flagrant attempt from POTUS to abuse the National Park Service as a mechanism to wipe out our shared American culture, history, and values and attack free speech. Soon, Trump will be asking us to tell on each other for any opinions that he deems “negative.”

As Co-Chair of the Congressional Wild Horse Caucus, I am urging leadership of the House and Senate Appropriations Committees to retain longstanding prohibitions against the lethal control and commercial destruction of federally protected wild horses and burros.
I performed at the Shakespeare Company’s Will on the Hill event as Pyramus in A Midsummer Night’s Dream. As Trump attacks our access to knowledge and learning, now more than ever we need to show up for our cultural institutions.
My statement on Brian Quintenz’s Senate nomination hearing for Chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission:
How quickly POTUS forgets. Much of the funding he wants to cut in his disastrous recissions package is funding he signed into law in March’s CR bill.
