I am proud to announce $1.5 million for gate upgrades at
LAS Airport. I helped secure this critical funding to modernize our airport and support our travel and tourism economy.
This would ensure that our TSA workers receive a paycheck, that the Coast Guard can return to normal operations, and that FEMA grants can be distributed, all while we continue to negotiate proper guardrails to rein in ICE.
I just signed a discharge petition to force a vote on a bill I helped lead that would fund every aspect of the Department of Homeland Security except ICE.
Unfortunately, House Republicans do not seem to care that the President has overstepped his authority, involved us into yet another war, and put our servicemembers in harm’s way. (2/2)
I just voted to rein in POTUS, uphold Congressional authority over war powers, and stop American strikes in Iran, pending Congressional approval. (1/2)
Oh, good. I won’t have to see Secretary Noem come across my feed ever again.
By the way, this does not stop our fight for ICE reforms. I’m looking at you, Senator Mullin.
This common-sense legislation will save lives and protect our property and the environment. It is a win-win-win. (3/3)
As Ranking Member of the @transportdems.bsky.social Subcommittee on Railroads, Pipelines, and Hazardous Materials, I am introducing the Secure Tracks Act to help ensure that any track defects that put our safety at risk are identified and addressed right away. (2/3)
Trains carrying hazardous materials run right through #OnlyinDistrictOne. (1/3)
I am a strong supporter for ensuring businesses have the resources they need to operate and thrive. I introduced the Veterans Member Business Loan Act which would enable credit unions to fully support veteran entrepreneurs.
Nevada Credit Unions do important work for our community, including sponsoring financial literacy and scam prevention awareness programs.
As we mark Wild Horse and Burro Week, I’m committed to humane, science-based management that prioritizes fertility control, reduces costly roundups, and protects our public lands. We can safeguard both our ecosystem and these icons of the West.
Wishing a colorful and happy Holi to all who celebrate #OnlyInDistrictOne. Holi Hai!
Happy #NationalReadingWeek, students! I hope you’ll join me in reading your favorite book this week. @clarkcountysch.bsky.social
This weekend, I celebrated 30 years of Galleria at Sunset! This vital community gathering place provides critical jobs, services, and goods for residents in Henderson and #OnlyinDistrictOne. #Mershops
#TeamTitus attended the Love on Jackson Block Party celebrating the spirit of Jackson Avenue and revitalization efforts! #JacksonStreetAlliance
I am concerned by the Bureau of Land Management’s proposed wild horse round-up outside of Ely this weekend. I am monitoring the situation and strongly urge them to utilize more humane methods to protect our beloved icons of the West.

Trailblazer, advocate, and icon are just a few words to describe Reverend Jesse Jackson who ushered in a new era for the Civil Rights movement. It is now our job to ensure that his legacy lives on for future generations. May he rest in power.
Join me next Wednesday, February 18, at 6pm PST for a Town Hall to discuss updates from DC and #OnlyInDistrictOne. RSVP at the link below.

Protecting pets during disasters is not just compassionate, it is also responsible.
As an original supporter of the bipartisan and bicameral PETSAFE Act, I am advancing a practical, lifesaving approach that helps families evacuate safely without leaving their furry friends behind.
