ICE arrests father, Juan Chavez Velasco, on his way to deliver milk to his baby in the NICU.
Please keep speaking up. You are making a difference! youtu.be/f2scDCELWCI?...
I am grateful that he and his mother have been released but there are still children at Dilley with autism and special needs that are being broken at Dilley. We must shut down this machinery of cruelty and #FreeOurChildren.
Nine-year-old Kenek, who has severe autism, was imprisoned for more than 80 days at the Dilley trailer prison. He struggled without proper care, nutrition, and schooling. www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news...
Yet babies as young as two months old, pregnant women, and families are being punished like criminals. For justice to be served Dilley must shutdown. Keep speaking up—your voice is making a difference. #FreeOurChildren www.nytimes.com/2026/03/13/u...
Thank you to everyone who has spoken up for the thousands of children and families imprisoned at Dilley. ICE admits that no one at Dilley has committed a crime, especially not the children. www.nytimes.com/2026/03/13/u...
Keep speaking out—your voices are making a difference.
Americans don’t want to see people who have contributed to communities for decades deported.
Make no mistake, the Trump Admin has not changed. They want their cruel mass deportation campaign out of the headlines while ICE continues to target our communities.
Americans are rejecting Donald Trump’s mass deportation assault on America. Americans don’t want to see students who are good enough and safe enough to perform at the U.S. Capitol and Carnegie Hall deported. Americans don’t want a five-year locked up at a trailer prison.
The Gámez-Cuéllar family has been reunited.
We are grateful for the release of the Gámez-Cuéllar family and we will not stop until we #FreeOurChildren. All of them.
The Gámez-Cuéllar family has been released. We are taking them now to reunite with their son Antonio.
When I returned to the Dilley trailer prison today, I brought my colleagues in Congress to meet with the children and families and to bear witness to their stories.
The Gámez-Cuéllar family has been released from Dilley! We just picked them up.
Antonio and Caleb Gámez-Cuéllar went from performing with the Mariachi Oro vocalists before Congress to being imprisoned by ICE. I am doing everything in my power to make sure the boys and their family return home safely. #FreeOurChildren
Her detention exposes the Trump Admin’s machine of cruelty that is attacking the free press and violating our rights. This lawlessness and cruelty must end.
ICE arrested a journalist yesterday without a warrant.
She is an asylum seeker, has valid work permits, and is married to a U.S. citizen.

Despite her removal, Trump’s cruel mass deportation campaign rages on. The Congress must hold her and her successor accountable.
She was never qualified for the role, and she proved it during her tenure. Under her leadership, ICE has targeted our communities, killed U.S. citizens including a San Antonio resident, sent hundreds of children to a trailer prison, and abused her power.
Kristi Noem operated without regard for the rule of law or basic decency as DHS Secretary. She denied reality, including the fact that U.S. citizens have been arrested and detained.
Americans do not want and cannot afford another forever war. For 25 years, U.S. servicemembers have sacrificed so much because of regime change wars in the Middle East. Trump is now asking yet another generation to do the same.
How is this America first? I am voting against Trump's war with Iran.
The single biggest buyer of crude oil from the Persian Gulf is China - as much as 40 percent.
This certainly looks like the United States will be subsidizing and protecting oil shipments to China.
