New reporting shows Trump has pushed the National Weather Service “to the breaking point.” 1 in 7 staff are gone. Offices can’t stay open, forecasts are strained, and staff are burning out as hurricanes hit. Republicans should protect working families and vote for my bill to reverse these cuts.
Trump said he'd go after the "bad guys." Instead, federal drug prosecutions have fallen to the lowest level in decades — because agents are pulled off fentanyl trafficking cases to hunt down innocent families. Trump’s immigration policies don’t work.
While Trump makes billions from corrupt crypto deals: 🏠Rents up ~4% ⚡Electricity up 6% 🔥Natural gas up 14% 🛒Groceries spiking from tariffs 🏥Health insurance premiums to jump 75%. Working families are struggling to cover the basics like rent, food, and electricity. That’s the cost of corruption.
Why are Trump and most House Republicans fighting to keep the Epstein files secret? Turns out, their rich and powerful friends are all over them. Release all the files now.
🚨🚨 NEW DOCUMENTS FROM EPSTEIN'S ESTATE DETAILING HIS DAILY SCHEDULE: They show meetings with Steve Bannon, Peter Thiel, and a potential visit to Epstein’s Island for Elon Musk. Prince Andrew is listed as a passenger on Epstein’s jet. DOJ must release the Epstein files NOW.
A government shutdown may sound complicated, but it's not. Democrats want to protect health care for working families. Republicans want to slash health care. Millions would lose coverage. Millions more would pay higher prices. That's what is at stake.
Wannabe-dictators who want to rip off working people aren’t just a problem in the United States.  This week, I met with heads of state from across Latin America visiting the United Nations to talk about standing up for democracy and working people across the region.
Trump is going to keep saying unhinged things. But here's what he and Democrats are really fighting about: whether millions of people are going to lose their health care and millions more are going to have their premiums double. Every American should know this.
At the urging of Trump, Republicans are threatening a government shutdown to gut health care even more. They want: 😷 15 million losing coverage ❌ 20+ million losing low cost plans ⬆️ 75% higher premiums Democrats can’t let Trump rip health care away from working Americans.
Took Trump 434 words but I can summarize it in 15: Trump wants to shut down the government to slash health care and enrich his friends. As a labor organizer I learned: when the boss blows up talks, it's because they know they're losing. Democrats must keep up the fight for health care & families.
Trump’s border czar was caught on tape taking a $50,000 bribe. Then Trump’s DOJ covered it up. Homan must resign. Congress must investigate who was involved in this massive scandal. Anyone who committed crimes should be prosecuted.
