This Women’s History Month, we’re celebrating the achievements, stories, & innovations of women who have made our country better for us & future generations.
The Constitution grants Congress the power to declare war to prevent unilateral decisions by a king. Congress should pass a bipartisan War Powers Resolution this week to limit this action & provide the American people with answers & transparency.
Americans deserve an open debate about the goals & costs of Trump’s war in Iran. The President has yet to explain to Congress or the American people its objectives or estimated duration.

My statement on President Trump’s military operation against Iran:
Trump’s chaotic tariffs are putting farms out of business & raising grocery prices on families. 15,000 family farms were lost last year, including 300 in Washington.
The Constitution clearly says states run elections NOT the federal government.
Democrats & Republicans must stand up to this coordinated effort to take away your voice & your vote.
We’re a month away from the 2 Line opening over Lake Washington! @wsdot.wa.gov Sec. Meredith stopped by my office to highlight how this will better connect our communities.
Trump & Republicans call affordability a hoax but working families call it a crisis.
Democrats are fighting to lower costs.

It was great to join the Lunar New Year celebration in Bellevue today!
Happy Year of the Horse & may the year ahead bring you good fortune & good health.
BREAKING: The Supreme Court just ruled that Trump’s sweeping tariffs are illegal. This is a big win for families & small businesses that have seen their prices go up.
The president is not a king. We’re going to keep fighting if the administration continues to ignore congressional authority.
Appreciated the opportunity to meet with the Greater Everett Chamber of Commerce today to discuss their World Cup plans, the challenges facing Snohomish County businesses, & how federal policy is impacting them.
Had a great day in Lynnwood with Mayor Hurst!
As the city grows, residents need access to programs that help them live, work, & thrive. That’s why I also stopped by the Lynnwood Neighborhood Center to see the health care, cultural, & housing services they offer right in the community.
Ramadan Mubarak!🌙
Wishing peace & reflection to all those who celebrate this holy month.
Celebrating the start of the Year of the Fire Horse! 🐎✨
Wishing everyone strength, new beginnings, & prosperity this Lunar New Year.
Rev. Jesse Jackson dedicated his life to justice, equality, & improving civil rights. His fearless advocacy changed the nation & gave a voice to so many.
My thoughts are with his loved ones. May his legacy live on.
Happy anniversary to my amazing husband Kurt!!
Trump is touting a new prescription drug website, but it could end up costing you more. The platform funnels people towards expensive brand-name drugs while avoiding cheaper generics.
We need real solutions to lower health care costs, not smoke & mirrors.
