This Memorial Day, I’m reflecting on the brave sacrifice of all of the Americans who laid down their lives in service to our country. I’m honoring their memory every single day by doing all I can to protect our democracy.

Burbank knows how to barbeque! I had a great time chowing down and chatting with so many of you at Burbank’s Fire Service Day. I’m thankful for the services of the Burbank Fire Department and all of our first responders today and every day. It’s my honor to represent them in Congress.
There’s no better way to spend a weekend than flipping pancakes with the Glendale Fire Department at Fire Service Day. I didn’t get into Congress for my pancake flipping skills – I’ve focused instead on getting the brave men and women of our fire department the resources they need to keep us safe.

I’m cosponsoring the Universal School Meals Program Act because I believe that the wealthiest country on Earth has no excuse for letting its children go without food. (2/2)
While President Trump wastes billions of taxpayer dollars on his war of choice, my fellow Democrats and I are working on a better vision of the future – one where no child goes hungry. (1/2)
While Americans are dealing with rising costs, Trump just created a $1.8 billion taxpayer-funded slush fund to pay off Jan. 6 rioters & his friends. He sued himself. He settled with himself. With no oversight. And you're paying for it. (1/2)
Today is National Museum Day! CA-30 is home to some of the best museums in the world, many of which you can visit for free on the 2nd Tuesday of every month. What’s your favorite museum in the district?
