Republicans’ “SAVE” Act is an attempt to rig our elections.
Minnesotans do not trust the Trump administration to take over our elections, review voter rolls, or block voters from registering.
Our democracy depends on all American voices being heard.
Congratulations to Cory Thiesse and Korey Dropkin of Duluth on winning the first U.S. Olympic medal in mixed doubles curling. Minnesota is so proud of you!
That's two medals for Minnesota Olympians at the Milano Cortina Games! 🥉🥈
Congratulations to Paula Moltzan of Prior Lake on winning a bronze medal in the women’s team combined Alpine skiing event. That's the first medal for a Minnesota Olympian at the Milano-Cortina Games — May there be many more to come! 🥉
President Trump’s reckless tariffs are costing Minnesotans every day. Today, Republicans will vote to prohibit Congress from acting to stop the largest tax increase for Americans in 30 years.
Congratulations to Korey Dropkin and Cory Thiesse of Duluth on their victory over Italy today to advance to the mixed doubles curling final tomorrow at 11:05am! Next up: 🥇
At this moment in history when our state's sovereignty and our rights are under assault by the federal government, Native American leaders in Minnesota can teach us a few things about persistence and resilience.
The Saint Paul Public Library will host a series commemorating 100-years of Black History Month. Led by Black artists, historians, community leaders, and staff sharing their expertise in Black history, culture, and impact. The first event starts Thursday, February 19th. sppl.org/black-history/
During this tax season, be alert for unexpected phone calls claiming you owe back taxes or have an “urgent” issue with the IRS. Scams will try to impose a sense of urgency, do not engage or provide info. To file a scam report and be informed read here: www.irs.gov/help/tax-sca...
This is outrageous. The honorable career professionals at the Department of Justice and the FBI work for the American people. They take an oath to support and defend the constitution, not to serve the whims of a dictator.
This administration’s attack on the free press is an attack on our core American freedom.
“Journalism is a public service, and I am proud to be a public servant. Professional reporting, observing and documenting is not a crime. But the freedom to do so is at risk.” Thank you, Georgia Fort, for your powerful words.

Today, @repangiecraig.bsky.social and I were denied entry into the Whipple Building to conduct congressional oversight over the life, health, and safety conditions at the ICE & CBP detention facility. Oversight of taxpayer-funded facilities is not only our legal right, but our constitutional duty.
It is extremely disappointing that the Trump Administration is allowing the START Treaty to expire without negotiating a new nuclear arms agreement with Russia and China. Our national security is stronger when major powers work together to reduce nuclear weapons stocks.
Despite White House Border Czar Tom Homan’s statement, Minnesota continues to be occupied by thousands of unidentifiable federal agents roaming our streets and forcing residents to live in fear.
The solution? End Operation Metro Surge and leave our state.
A total of 14 professionals have resigned from the office since January. Trump’s Department of Justice is failing the family of Renee Good and the American people. Renee and her family deserve justice through an impartial investigation in partnership with the Minnesota BCA.
Last night, eight additional honorable career professionals in the Minnesota U.S. Attorney’s Office resigned over the Trump administration’s immigration policies, including Attorney General Pam Pondi's refusal to initiate a civil rights investigation into the killing of Renee Good by an ICE agent.
I voted against DHS funding today.
Minnesotans are being racially profiled on a mass scale, assaulted on our streets, and kidnapped from their homes.
This is not the America we learned about in civics class. This is the behavior of a dictatorship.
This is not the America we learned about in civics class. This is the behavior of a dictatorship.
Black history is American history. This month, we honor the contributions of Black Americans and reflect on the resilient history that defines our nation.
