Neguse on Noem: Clearly the president was embarrassed by the corruption and the fraud — the self-dealing that we exposed during the course of this hearing. But I also think he was perhaps envious of it.

Neguse: It's still unclear as to the ultimate reasons that Trump made that decision. It may be that the corruption that Noem was engaged in embarrassed him. It may be that he was envious of it.
Oversight still matters.
There must be accountability.
