Our thoughts are with their families and with everyone serving in the military operation overseas.

I’m praying for the families of the six airmen killed in yesterday's KC-135 plane crash in Iraq.
Refueling in flight is one of the most dangerous jobs in the military — Phoenix's very own Copperheads from the 161st Air Refueling Division train for these same missions.

Old Dominion should be a place to learn — not a place of fear. My heart is with the campus after yesterday’s horrific act of terror, and I’m praying for the family of Lt. Col. Brandon Shah.
Thank you to the students & first responders who put themselves in harm's way & acted quickly to save lives.
This comes after a year of cuts to Pentagon offices and positions designed to prevent civilian casualties.
We need to know what happened here and what safeguards are in place to protect innocent lives. And if the U.S. is responsible, we need to see full accountability, now.
I joined 121 @housedemocrats.bsky.social demanding Secretary Hegseth publicly release the results of the investigation into the strike that killed over 175 Iranian civilians — mostly elementary school girls.

Maricopa County Veterans StandDown is the biggest resource fair in the country for veterans experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
It was great seeing hundreds of veterans and their families getting much needed support.
Jewish families must have safety in their homes, their schools, and their places of worship. Antisemitic hate must be called out before it escalates.
I’m sickened by the antisemitic attack at Temple Israel in Michigan.
We are indebted to the security guards who acted quickly to subdue the shooter and protect over 100 children and staff in the preschool.

China’s new “ethnic unity” law tightens the screws on Taiwan.
It doesn't just silence minorities, it demands support of China's control of Taiwan or face the consequences.
That’s not unity, it's intimidation. Real unity is built on equality and freedom, not coercion.
"I’m a lifelong Republican, Congressman Stanton is a lifelong Democrat, we find common ground that this is an issue that’s hurting small businesses that we want to help find ways to bring relief."
Don't miss this interview on Trump's tariffs with my #StateOfTheUnion guest Greg Fraley ⬇️
Tariffs are a tax on American families and small businesses.
I know it, my constituents know it, and my Republican colleagues do too. They should work with us to bring down these taxes and lower costs now.
The same company behind Alligator Alcatraz was just paid $313 million to build another one in Surprise, Arizona.
I’m fighting to get the answers the community deserves.
ICE just picked the same company that provides security for Alligator Alcatraz to turn its mega warehouse in Surprise, AZ into a 1,500-bed detention center.
@repyassansari.bsky.social, Rep. Grijalva, and I are demanding answers and transparency.
From day one, DOGE was a disaster. It recklessly fired hardworking Americans, cancelled critical projects, & cost taxpayers more money than it saved.
Now, we’re hearing its staff also stole the private social security data of every American.
DOGE will forever be a stain on American history.
Great to join @thirdway.bsky.social's Climate & Energy conference for a fireside chat on affordability and innovation.
We need an all-of-the-above energy approach that lowers costs and improves reliability. We cannot compete globally without increasing our investments in clean energy.
We are now accepting applications for summer internships in my Mesa and Washington, D.C. offices.
If you’re interested in policy, communications, or public service, this is a great way to get some hands-on experience and help serve the people of AZ's East Valley.

Grateful for the partnership of strong local leaders like Mayor Hartke and the Chandler Council who joined me today!
BIG NEWS:
I secured a $1 million federal investment to help build a new drinking water well in Chandler, protecting reliable water access and strengthening long-term conservation for East Valley families.
Arizona is now ground zero for this cynical and profoundly anti-democratic effort, and we’re going to fight like hell to stop it.
