Whatever’s in these Epstein Files (and we have some idea) must be really bad.
Tariffs. Expansionism. Sending armed guards into communities.
Trump is showing EXACTLY the same kind of out of control and abusive behavior our Founding Fathers rebelled against 250 years ago.
In just one year in office, Trump has managed to:
-Raise electricity prices by 13%
-Raise gas prices by nearly 60%
-Destroy 165,000 clean energy jobs
-Cancel enough clean energy projects to power 13 million homes
I thought Trump was supposed to lower prices on Day 1? Guess not.
I know many of you are feeling lots of feelings right now about what’s happening in our country. I’m here to give you some updates, plus a look ahead to next week.
I’m back home in NM to spend time in our communities and celebrate the life and legacy of MLK. If you’re out and about, please join us!

There are still 5,000,000+ pages of Epstein files that have not been released. Trump and Pam Bondi want to keep them hidden but we will not rest until we have every single file. Release the files, NOW.
This is the Golden Age of America?
It’s time to impeach. I have voted TWICE this year to advance Articles of Impeachment for Donald Trump. After a year of threats on our own soil and our allies—Republicans are finally talking about impeachment. It’s about damn time.
Mr. President, you have been duly warned—now by the GOP.
When top White House officials and the Vice President of the United States go on national TV and tell federal law enforcement they can engage in violence against our communities, it’s not just morally wrong—it’s a dog whistle that puts lives at risk.
It. Must. Stop.
They. Are. Trying. To. Incite. Violence.
Ban Congressional Stock Trading now.
Last night—I took to the Floor and joined a letter led by @trahan.house.gov demanding that Trump restore more than $2 billion in mental health and addiction recovery funding. Late last night, they reversed course, and funding will be restored. A small mercy and important victory, in a sea of chaos!
The American people want the Epstein Files, not Greenland.
Articles of Impeachment filed. War Powers and efforts to stop the unauthorized use of the military. We are taking action to stop this out of control Administration!
Today, myself and 70 other Members of Congress joined @robinkelly.house.gov in filing Articles of Impeachment against Secretary Noem and her lawless leadership of DHS.
I rise for students, teachers, families, and everyone out there frightened about what’s happening to education. We won’t stand by while they dismantle education, gut civil rights, and attack programs that serve all students, including students with disabilities.
One year into Trump’s second term, and it’s a full-on assault on climate and clean energy. This Admin is threatening our planet, our economy, and our national security—and the pocketbooks of real Americans. It’s time for action—because our future depends on it!
Oh thank goodness, the Republicans finally passed their showerhead bill. 🙏
Congress is a co-equal branch of government, not a rubber stamp. Today, I offered three bills to rein in Trump’s executive overreach: to protect the Constitution, defend the independence of the Federal Reserve, and reassert Congress's power of the purse.
Enough is enough. We need action now!
