With the billions being sent overseas for Trump’s war, Republicans could have funded the Affordable Care Act tax credits that millions of Americans rely on to pay for their health care.
You deserve better.
Thank you to everybody who came out to Center 50+. I enjoyed hearing from our seniors, who shared some of their priorities and concerns with me.
I told them that I am working every day to ensure they have the support they need to comfortably enjoy their golden years free from financial worry.
"When oil prices go up, we make a lot of money"... that is only true for Trump's billionaire oil buddies... and everyday Americans get to foot the bill.
I secured $1 MILLION for CAPACES Leadership Institute so they can continue to expand Anahuac Farms!
The money will be used to process traditional crops, provide meals for families in need, and support instructional programming.
Watch me deliver the news!
GOOD NEWS: I secured $250,000 for the construction of an ADA accessible playground in Settlemier Park!
This will be a game-changer for the #Woodburn community and also plays a huge role in their effort to revitalize their historic downtown.
I'll keep working to find real ways to ensure folks can access safe and affordable housing. (2/2)
Stable homes are built on strong foundations, and that is exactly what Stratus Village is doing.
I was honored to speak at their grand opening of their new facility that will provide 175 affordable housing units in #McMinnville. (1/2)
The Supreme Court even agreed that his tariffs were ILLEGAL. I am fighting to reverse these harmful tariffs so that folks can feel some real relief from this manufactured crisis. (3/3)
Just last year, Americans had over $1,700 stolen from them because of Trump’s tariffs, and families can gear up to pay even more than that this year. (2/3)
A year ago, President Trump unveiled his “Liberation Day,” where we rolled out global tariffs.
One year later, everyone from small businesses to our farmers and producers is paying the painful price. (1/3)
As long as Trump is in office, he will continue to fill the seat with someone willing to sacrifice American freedoms for his personal gain. (2/2)
Pam Bondi undermined the Department of Justice by shielding President Trump and his billionaire buddies. She covered up the Epstein files, and she terrorized our immigrant communities. (1/2)
On Autism Awareness Day, we recommit ourselves to building communities that are accepting and safe for everyone.
As co-chair of the Mental Health Caucus, I am fighting to ensure that those who need specialized care can access affordable, quality care they need to thrive.

One year ago today, Trump slapped tariffs on everything money can buy.
And since then, it’s only been chaos, higher prices, and fewer jobs.
Yesterday, Artemis II made history as the first crewed mission around the moon in over 50 years! As a member of the House Science, Space, & Technology Committee, I could not be prouder of the innovation and bravery we witnessed! 🚀
Cheers to Artemis II! Next stop, the moon 🌙
Happy Passover! Wishing a joyful and meaningful celebration to our Jewish neighbors in #OR06 and across the world. Chag Pesach Sameach!
Trump didn’t state a clear objective. He didn’t explain an exit strategy. He’s repeating the same tired lies to justify the rising gas prices and pain here at home. Trump has no plan for Iran and no plan for America.
I will be at Center 50+ in #Salem this Thursday from 12:30 pm – 1:00 pm PT to chat with seniors to discuss the issues that matter most to them!
Today, the Supreme Court heard arguments in a case that could decide whether babies born in the U.S. are citizens.
This could leave millions of children in legal limbo. The 14th Amendment is clear. The president cannot rewrite the Constitution. The Court must uphold birthright citizenship.
