Today's SCOTUS decision will allow for sweeping redistricting changes that will directly silence Black and brown ballots, which will have devastating impacts across the nation. I'll keep working so everyone can fully participate in our democracy. (2/2)
Civil rights leaders like Martin Luther King Jr. fought for equal voting rights, and the Voting Rights Act safeguards against voter discrimination, giving generations of Americans a voice. (1/2)

I was so proud to deliver $850,000 for our rural students. The new Barbara Roberts Career Technical Education Center will lead directly to high-skill, high-wage careers for folks across Yamhill and Polk counties!
April is Community College Month! I want to honor the vital role these institutions play in opening doors to accessible, quality learning. In Congress, I’ll keep pushing for resources to support our community colleges and their students across the Willamette Valley.
Dee, a 67-year-old, used to receive $291 in SNAP benefits, but now she only gets $44. Seniors like Dee should be enjoying their golden years. Instead, they are worrying about where and when their next meal is. Republicans are only making Americans hungrier and sicker.
Small businesses are the fabric of our local economies, and they should not have to go into debt to keep their doors open because of Trump’s tariffs.    These tariffs are unconstitutional, and I will hold Trump accountable to make sure that small businesses get their fair share back.
April is #SocialSecurityMonth, a vital resource that millions of seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities rely on every day to live their lives. I will keep working to protect and expand these hard-earned benefits from Trump and Republicans' attacks on Social Security. That's a promise.
I met with small business owners in #McMinnville that are struggling to keep their doors open because of Trump’s disastrous tariffs. I’ll keep fighting until we put a stop to these tariffs for good and deliver needed relief to the businesses and consumers who paid the high price.
❗️ ONE MILLION DOLLARS is heading towards the City of Dallas to support their growing community! This federal funding will safeguard public health while opening the door to new housing and economic opportunities 🏡
