Trump and Kristi Noem say immigration enforcement focuses on violent criminals. The American people aren’t falling for the lies. We see Noem’s DHS targeting and profiling American citizens. She must be impeached.
On International Holocaust Remembrance Day, we honor the lives of the 6 million Jewish victims of the Holocaust. The atrocities of the Holocaust left a horrific mark in our history and we must vow to fight against antisemitism and hatred. Never again.
ICE cannot continue to abuse, harm, and kill people in our streets. I am working with my colleagues through legislation and congressional oversight to hold ICE accountable and limit their excessive use of force. We need to put an end to the violence against our neighbors and communities.
Secretary Kristi Noem’s willful misconduct is violating the constitution and federal law and putting every single one of us in danger. Kristi Noem must be impeached—immediately—for the safety and security of America.
Eight additional Democrats sign on to an impeachment resolution against Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem in the wake of the killing of Alex Pretti, bringing the total number of co-sponsors to 120, according to a spokesperson.
While ICE is out of control and operating without accountability, all of us are in danger. The Department of Homeland Security is supposed to protect the American people. But as long as Kristi Noem remains in charge, it is the biggest threat against the American people.
Another person has been shot in Minneapolis by federal officers. What we need now is sympathy for the victim, an investigation into what happened, and an end to violence in our streets. ICE and CBP must end their operations and leave MN and our communities, NOW.
It was never about targeting criminals, keeping communities safe, or getting justice for victims. It has always been about harassing minorities and inciting violence.
It’s no secret, I’m a big fan of Bravo TV… Below Deck, Vanderpump Rules, and of course RHOC. Today, I got to ask RHOSLC’s Angie Katsanevas about her experience as a salon franchiser and the importance of building a sustainable model for our businesses to grow into franchising. (1/2)
Today in 1973, the landmark Supreme Court decision in Roe v. Wade codified a woman’s right to choose. Since then, we have faced major setbacks in protecting the right to abortion. In the Pentagon, I fought to expand access to reproductive care and in Congress, I will continue the fight.
It was great to join the Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies (APAICS) this morning and speak on the importance of uplifting our AAPI community. From small businesses to local leadership and culture, diversity is what makes our communities thrive.
Congratulations to Glendora Hills Pet Hospital on your ribbon cutting and grand opening! On behalf of all of CA-31’s furry friends, welcome to the district and thank you for keeping our pets healthy and happy.
It was great to join West Covina’s 27th Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day hosted by the SGV NAACP. The fight for civil liberties, equality, and justice is led by incredible leaders like the ones we have here in CA-31. I am proud to work alongside our community for a better future.
Today we honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Leading our nation to a new beginning of civil rights through peaceful protest and powerful speech, he inspired generations to come together and fight for a more free and just country.
Congratulations to Agence on a decade of success and your ribbon cutting ceremony with the San Dimas Chamber of Commerce. Wishing you the best success for years to come.
ICE is illegally prohibiting us from doing those very things by blatantly disregarding the law keeping us in the dark about the treatment of everyone in these facilities.
I followed all the laws. My constituents signed the required privacy forms. My staff gave ICE a 24-hr notice of my arrival. I even brought a copy of the court ruling letting ICE know that I have the right to go in. Still, I was turned away & denied the ability to speak to the people I represent.
