@robertgarcia.house.gov: Pam Bondi's subpoena "does apply. The subpoena we put in place does not have any mention of whether she's AG or not. The subpoena is for Pam Bondi... She legally is required to appear before the Oversight Committee on April 14."

We’re glad to see Pam Bondi go, but we still need accountability. The Oversight Committee still wants to talk to her, and we expect to see her on April 14th.

Our bipartisan subpoena requires Pam Bondi to appear before our Committee, whether she's Attorney General or not.
She has an opportunity now to give us the full truth about the Epstein files, and we look forward to her testimony.
No more lies. No more cover-ups. Pam Bondi must now come before our committee and testify under oath. We have questions.
Spent the weeknd in Orange County with the OC Young Dems celebrating our progressive movement and visiting voters across Newport Beach. Let’s continue to stand together against government corruption. Onward!
Hyping up Long Beach Democrats to support our efforts to FLIP the HOUSE BLUE. And once we lead the Oversight Committee we are going to hold this President and his administration accountable. Let’s go!

The fight over the Epstein files is escalating after the DOJ admitted documents were mistakenly withheld. This comes as the House Oversight Committee votes to subpoena Attorney General Pam Bondi in its probe. Top Oversight Democrat @robertgarcia.bsky.social joins The Weeknight to discuss.

Here’s the thing. When you commit crimes and engage in corruption, leaving your job to do another doesn’t absolve you of your crimes.
Accountability and justice are just around the corner.
Jasmine Crockett has been and will continue to be a strong and important voice in our party. She was in my freshman class and became an immediate leader. Her work on behalf of the American people and Texas is just getting stated.
RELEASE THE EPSTEIN FILES.
It’s a White House cover-up.

The DOJ appears to be withholding files from a survivor making allegations about the President. We need answers and must investigate.

Oversight Democrats have been investigating the handling of serious allegations by a survivor against Donald Trump when she was a minor. We have now confirmed that some of the documents related to this survivor appear to be missing from the files.
Here’s what we know ⬇️
There’s a lot to investigate and report on from today’s stunning deposition of Les Wexner. But here’s something I can’t get over.
I asked Mr. Wexner if the DOJ or FBI ever contacted him to ask him about Epstein and his crimes. He said NO. That’s outrageous and unforgivable.
Tomorrow, I’m leading a deposition of Les Wexner for oversight dems. Wexner was Epstein’s largest benefactor and contributor of wealth. Why? And what does he know?
I have a bunch of questions, and I bet you do too.👇🏾
