In the Rules Committee hearing this afternoon, House Republicans have made it clear they’re doubling down and supporting the Senate bill that is even worse than the House bill!
Exploding the deficit and ripping health care away from even more Americans.
What did the American people buy with the $4 trillion in added debt created by the Republican tax bill?
Massive tax goodies for billionaires at the cost of 17 million Americans losing health care coverage and more hungry school children.
When the American people ask what’s the difference between Democrats and Republicans, I will point them to Donald Trump’s Big Bonanza for Billionaires and the Republican legislators who voted to take health care away from millions of people to give handouts to their donor class.
Matthew 7:16: By their deeds you will know them.
Republicans are cementing their legacy as the party that stripped health care from millions of Americans to give tax handouts to the wealthiest in our society.

🤬The Senate version of Trump's bill that just PASSED is even crueler than the House version.
TRILLIONS of cuts to Medicaid.
MILLIONS of people losing heath coverage.
TRILLIONS added to the debt.
All to lavish more on the wealthiest among us.

🚨BREAKING:
VP Vance just broke the tie in the Senate to pass the GOP bill to cut health care for millions of Americans to give tax breaks to the billionaire class.
It heads back to the House now- where I’ll be testifying at the Rules Committee.
And just like that, suddenly Ron Johnson doesn’t care about the deficit and will support the Big Bonanza for Billionaires.
He’s earned the rubber stamp of approval. KTF = KNOWN TO FOLD.
I hope he’s ready to wear it as a badge of honor.
This is what the GOP tax bill boils down to.
It will leave American’s sicker, hungrier, poorer, less educated and in an inescapable cycle of falling further behind.
America’s strength has always been rooted in the dreams and determination of those who come here seeking a better future. It is vital that we remember this as the current Administration works to scapegoat and demonize immigrants. #ImmigrantHeritageMonth
Rick Scott cares deeply about preventing waste, fraud and abuse in Medicaid.

As we wrap up this Pride Month, we celebrate love and the courage to live out loud. We must protect the rights of every person to be unapologetically themselves.
A moment of truth from a Republican.
The GOP legislation will absolutely push eligible Americans off of their health care.
I am horrified and outraged that this young public servant has been taken from our community.
My heart is with his family, loved ones, and all of Milwaukee.
A giant American flag hangs at the intersection of 9th and State in downtown Milwaukee, in honor of fallen MPD Officer Kendall Corder.

There are real people behind the numbers.
Republicans SNAP cuts will be devastating for millions of Americans!
They’re stealing food from kitchen tables to fund tax giveaways to the wealthiest among us.
Rolling back child labor laws. Cutting food assistance for children. Slashing educational opportunities.
And now Rep McCormick thinks we should go back the Victorian era where children toil in dangerous jobs.
No food, no education, and no healthcare = no bottom.

Donald Trump promised to lower costs for Americans on day one. He lied.
Now, he’s repaying the states that voted for him by increasing their health care costs with his Big Beautiful Betrayal.
Overnight, Senate Republicans overwhelmingly voted to advance Trump’s deficit exploding Big Tax Bonanza for Billionaires — paid for on the backs of millions of Americans losing health care and SNAP benefits.
Fiscally irresponsible and morally indefensible.
Republicans “big beautiful bill” would devastate our seniors, worsening their care and limiting their access to care… all so the GOP’s billionaire buddies can buy another yacht.
Cutting Medicaid means costs are shifted to providers. When patients lose coverage, they turn to ERs for care they can’t afford. Hospitals eat the cost, pass it on to insurers, and your premiums go up.
Medicaid cuts mean a worse health care system for EVERYONE.
