I met with Arizona Department of Water Resources Director Tom Buschatzke last week. It is critical we reach agreement on a long-term plan to protect the Colorado River. I will keep pushing the Administration to make this a priority and will fight to ensure Arizona's interests are protected.

This week, I met with Nathan Smith, CEO of Central Arizona Shelter Services. I’ve worked with the team at CASS for many years and recently secured federal funding to renovate their Vista Colina Family Shelter. Vista Colina is a safe, supportive shelter for families experiencing homelessness.
Trump’s sweeping 25% tariffs on steel and aluminum mean Americans will be paying more for a new car, home or even washers and dryers.
It’s a heavy blow to Arizona families struggling with higher costs.

Since Roe v. Wade was overturned, the attacks on reproductive rights keep coming—including threats to birth control.
That's why I’m backing the Right to Contraception Act to guarantee Arizonans can access the birth control method of their choice.
Thank you to the more than 13,000 Arizonans who joined my telephone town hall and the hundreds more who tuned in live on Facebook!

By the end of today, American schoolteacher Marc Fogel will be returning home to Pennsylvania and reuniting with his family.
I'm grateful for his release. We must keep working to bring home all Americans wrongfully detained abroad.

We'll be joined by a very special guest, Assistant Democratic Leader @neguse.house.gov, who'll discuss legal challenges to executive overreach before the courts.

Join me on Facebook for a virtual town hall today at 5 pm MST!
I’ll be breaking down the Trump Administration’s recent actions and what I'm doing in Congress to protect services #AZ04 families rely on.
Speaker Johnson is dead wrong here.
Our democracy depends on a separate, equal and independent judiciary. Judges swore an oath to the U.S. Constitution, not the president.
Heartbroken to hear about the tragic accident at Scottsdale Airport. My thoughts are with the loved ones of the victim, and I’m wishing a speedy recovery for the four who were injured.

America's founding fathers wisely created a system of checks and balances between equal branches of government.
JD is trying to lay the groundwork for this administration to ignore the judiciary and decide which rulings they will and will not follow. America will not let this happen.
I’m cosponsoring the TRUST in Congress Act to ban members of Congress from owning and trading individual stocks.
Americans shouldn't have to worry that their representatives are making decisions based on what's best for their portfolios. #RestoreTRUST

There's a lot of chaos and confusion coming out of Washington these days, & I'm determined to give #AZ04 residents as much insight as I can.
Join me for a virtual town hall TOMORROW to talk about Trump's executive orders, Elon Musk's power grab, and what I'm doing in Congress to protect Arizonans.
Our community health centers provide essential services to nearly 400k people in #AZ04 alone—everything from family care to substance abuse & mental health care—and they count on federal funding to keep their doors open.
With federal grants under attack, I met with Arizona Alliance for Community Health Centers (AACHC) providers to hear their concerns, and discuss how I'm working in Congress to make sure they have the resources they need to care for Arizonans.
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau steps in when Americans have been ripped off by big banks or corporations.
It has returned more than $20 billion to consumers since it was founded over a decade ago.
Now the world’s richest man is bragging about ending it.
Great to visit the LDS Church’s Bishops’ Storehouse in Mesa to see their work to help those in need. No price tags in the store, those experiencing financial hardship work with their congregation’s leaders to build a shopping list & come in to get food on their table.
Eli Sharabi, Ohad Ben Ami, and Or Levy are finally free to return home after being held hostage by Hamas since October 7th, 2023. I look forward to the remaining hostages being freed soon.
