The government should treat LGBTQ+ stories the same way they treat straight stories. It's that simple.

As Vice Chair of the Gun Violence Prevention Task Force, I’m fighting to keep Chicago and other communities safer from gun violence. My TRACE Act would keep Americans safer by repealing restrictions on gun trace data and allowing ATF to track the movement of illegal firearms across state lines.
