Sending Haitians back to Haiti right now is a kiss of death. It’s not just wrong—it’s inhumane.
This decision is completely outrageous and part of this administration’s reign of terror.
The turmoil in Haiti is real, and instead of turning our backs, we should be supporting the Haitian people.

I know many of my Republican colleagues disagree with what this White House is doing.
Right now, all Democrats need are three Republicans willing to put country over party—to stand up and stop the damage.
REPUBLICANS MUST SPEAK UP NOW! WE MUST PRESSURE THEM TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT!
While this administration is pushing out daily nonsense, Republicans put out their budget SLASHING Medicaid while giving tax cuts to the billionaires who support their political campaigns.
They’re hoping you won’t notice, but WE MUST FIGHT BACK!
Gutting the Department of Education will only hurt our students most in need.
Financial aid for college students? Our public school system? Equal access to K-12 and higher education? The safety of our students? Supporting students with disabilities?
All on the chopping block!
Elon Musk is invading YOUR private data through the IRS, and Republicans are staying silent.
An unelected billionaire should NOT be allowed to access YOUR private data.
Congress must act to stop him—and all Democrats need is 3 House Republicans to join us.
President Elon Musk and the entire White House are taking control of the government in an unconstitutional power grab.
And Congressional Republicans are no where to be found, giving up their power to the White House.
EVERY REPUBLICAN MUST CALL OUT THIS ADMINISTRATION.
Today, I still think about the 17 lives lost in the 2018 Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting.
I continue to hold them and their loved ones in my heart today and every day. May we honor their memory by working to build a safer community for all.
Today, Republicans showed their true priorities—gutting Medicaid and SNAP while handing tax breaks to the billionaires who bought them.
They’re tearing down working families and Democrats will fight back!
Republicans are pushing daily nonsense to hide their SHAMEFUL agenda—gutting Medicaid while giving tax breaks to the billionaire donors who bankroll their campaigns.
They’re betting you won’t notice.
But we must fight back!
Instead of selling government influence to campaign donors like Elon Musk, this year, I’ve been focused on lowering costs.
I’ve proposed:
✔️‘Jobs Now Act’ to create more good paying jobs
✔️’Homeowners’ Defense Act’ to tackle our property insurance crisis
Republicans want to close the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau—the agency protecting you from big corporations that cheat, big banks that overcharge, and credit card companies that trap you in debt.
Why? Because they’re looking out for the wealthy, not everyday Americans.
Republicans are completely FAILING to lower everyday costs.
Instead, they're targeting Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security, all while handing tax breaks to billionaire cronies like Elon Musk.
And the American people are paying the price for their greed and corruption.
“President Elon Musk.”
The un-elected billionaire who bankrolled Republican campaigns to advance his interests over the American people.
And Republicans are OK with handing the Presidency and entire U.S. Government to him. SHAMEFUL!
Today is National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day.
HIV/AIDS continues to disproportionately affect Black Americans and it's time to break the stigma and stay committed to the fight to #EndHIV.
Dismantling the U.S. Department of Education is an attack on educators, students, and our future.
Financial aid for college students, public schools, equal access to education, student safety, support for students with disabilities—it’s all on the chopping block!
Happy heavenly birthday to Role Model Trayvon Martin.
You would have been 30 years old today if you weren’t murdered in a cold-blooded example of racial profiling.
I will never forget you and will always stand up for you.
Republicans are letting billionaire donors like Elon Musk profit off American suffering while raising everyday costs.
Democrats won’t stand for it.
Whether it’s lawsuits, legislation, working with community leaders, or calling out Republicans, we’re fighting back.
Happy birthday to the City of North Miami!
North Miami is 99 years strong and I am proud to represent such a vibrant and diverse community!
Today, on #WorldCancerDay, we remember those lost to cancer and honor them by fighting for a cure.
In Congress, I’m committed to invest in prevention, research, and care—because we must do everything we can to save lives.
Unelected billionaires who don’t give a damn about the American people shouldn’t be playing dictator or making the decisions that shape our lives.
PERIOD!
