I was blocked multiple times from entering ICE detention facilities in San Diego to follow up on reports that immigrants there were being mistreated. Good to see the courts acknowledging what should have been clear all along - Trump cannot block us from carrying out our constitutional duties.

BREAKING: All House Democrats have signed our discharge petition to extend the ACA tax credits.
That makes 214.
We can protect health care and lower costs — if only 4 Republicans will join us.
Trump's economic policies are failing us. Plain and simple.
If the ACA tax credits are allowed to expire, health care premiums will skyrocket for millions of families in 2026.
Congress has the power to stop this. We absolutely must take action.
But Republicans "aren't interested" in joining Democrats to stop this health care crisis.

For over a month, ICE did everything in their power to try to stop us from conducting oversight at the courthouse after reports that detainees were being held in poor conditions.
